I'd love the ability to do a right mouse-button on an email message and mark that email to be deleted after X number of day where I'd select X on a message-by-message basis. I could also select a fixed date. This feature would be invaluable for emails with hotel and rental car reservation confirmations, package shipment notice with tracking numbers, or any other email that is important until after a future event - such as the package delivered. There would not need much granularity in the exact moment the email message is deleted.

PLEASE allow the bulk moving or archiving of entire folders. Right now, you cannot select more than one folder to archive or move, and the process for even moving one folder is cumbersome. Please - this should not be difficult. Why isn't this behavior - present in almost every other MS app - available in Outlook? It makes NO SENSE.

It would be great if Outlook could warn when an email is too long. ie: if the email has >150 words (configurable). Outlook displays a warning - in the mail tip banner advising that the email is too long, and may be hard to read.

Insert a message as a link in another message, in order to avoid inserting a mensage using the command "copy"

Button (close to where the signature appears within the body of the email) to toggle between signatures. I want to use different signature for different groups of people (eg. my students vs. my colleagues). it is cumbersome to go all the way back to the ribbon and click through menus to be able to do that.

Periodically backup the mail being edited, so that when outlook fails and restarts, it can restore the latest mail content.

Place a timer on sent emails, if no response has happened within a set timeframe it sends a notification to your inbox, or a message window to remind you to follow/chase up.

Useful for both internal comms and following up customers/suppliers

this could be a 1hr reminder right through to a 2 day reminder, however you want to set it but it means you'll never send an email and forget to follow up any more

Similar to MS Office PowerPoint feature, add an option to record audio directly into a new mail. Currently we have option only to browse and upload an object (eg audio file).

Function in outlook to be able to group all mailboxes ; like the function in mail.

PLEASE, Microsoft Outlook, GET RID OF *@datapound.club scam emails. It doesn't matter how many times we block them, report them as phishing, add this domain to Settings/Junk or set a new Rule... they keep coming! PLEASE GET YOUR BLOCKING PROCESS SORTED OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!!

Wrap long subjects in the reading Pane

The subject shown in the reading pane is shown only on one line, when it is longer, the last part of the subject is lost and one must open the email to see the full subject.

The Subject should should wrap to the next line to allow full view of the subject in the reading pane.

When having long conversations with multiple emails it would be great if all emails in the conversations get marked as Read when answering the latest email.

Please add the Developer Options in Outlook so we can utilize the drop down and all features.

Usually, I have to coordinate availability of internal associates with consultants who do not have access to our O365 tenant.

It would be nice if there was a way to insert availability via the Insert tab for a specific day which lets me key the users whos calendar we are working with.

This way, the recipient can simply create an appointment or meeting and send back quickly.

Provide the option in "My Templates" to auto fill the subject line also instead of just the body of the email. This would make it more efficient.

With a number of email accounts and folders under each one it would be nice to have a total of unread mails at the account level, inbox level and folder lever to make finding the one new email easier!

An annoying trick used by spammers is to flag email for follow up or action. Automatically stripping flags from spam would defeat this.

It would be nice if we have a way to reply to several emails with 1 only message. I received a lot of resumes and I wish I could select all messages ans click "reply to all", then an email is created with all the contacts of the messeges I received. I hate have to oppen each email to respond ans I rate have to copy each email address to paste in the senders.
