Outbox Progress should be more informative.
Outbox should show actual progress elapsed, not just 'processing'. It's impossible to know how long it's been or how much time remains in sending an email with attachments.

Improve "Insert Business Card" window by adding a 'search field' to search for names/surnames
Insert a 'search' field on the "insert Business Card" window, so one can search for a contact to attach to email instead of having to scroll through an alphabetical list. Scrolling is time consuming and sometimes the contact is filed under their first name and not the surname (and visa versa) whihc means you sometimes have to scroll a lot. A search box on the "Insert business card" window will be most useful and save time.

Clear Suggested Contacts because some of them are DEAD!
When creating an email, typing an address in the "To" field brings up recent contacts and suggestions. The suggestions cannot be deleted, yet this is my personal info. These suggestions come from recent emails, but also from emails I sent 5-10 years ago. Literally, some of these contacts died a few years ago, but you still show them as "Suggested". Holy ****, this is my personal info, yet you won't let me delete it. This info is store in your cloud somewhere, which tells me you care nothing about people's privacy. I cannot clear "Suggested". Spam/Phishing report button/ feature
This will allow users to quickly report malicious emails. This may work better for organizations to quickly remove these emails from employee inboxes. This can also be used as a training tool for cyber security awareness in terms of spotting malicious emails.

Email Account Name that is NOT Microsoft Account Name
I use a family name for my Microsoft Account, but want to use my personal name for my Outlook 365 email account. This is not possible right now, so it would need a software change - new feature.

Deleting myself from a mail trail completely without using Ignore
I will like to be able to delete myself from an email trail in outlook (just like i can remove myself from a WhatsApp group) sometimes you get copied by mistake in mails that are not relevant to you and you keep seeing the mail as people respond, i will like to be able to remove myself from the mail trail completely (not just with ignore feature which still goes to my deleted folder)

When looking at the results of a search in outlook to colour or change the border colour so you remember you are working on a search result

The Reply-To adress is automatically set accordingly to the email signature selected
I work in different roles for my school (for example in a Team for organizing science competition).
I have created different signatures for these roles. There are also different email-adresses associated with these roles (in the example the Office 365 group adress of our Organizing Team).

go to date picker to match calendar feature
Please could you add a 'Go To Date' option to the mail screen like there is in the calendar so that emails sent and received on that day are displayed.
I know we can sort by date and then scroll through, but it would be so much easier to be able to display only those emails sent and received on the given date.

Common actions from email notification toats - Windows, Office 365
Hi All,
While getting an email, notification toast popup and we can close/ignore it (by clicking on -->) or to open the email (by clicking on the toast).
I suggest to add the ability to define a set of "common actions" that can be controlled from the toast.
In my suggestions I want to have the ability to Delete the mail (move to trash), but you can take it farther – e.g. Replay, Replay All, Forward, Mark as High importance, etc.
