Improve Visibility of Group Inbox
Many times now people in Groups have not seen my emails because they do not monitor the "Groups" inbox, and so they never see my email that I send to Groups / Teams groups.
Recommend some way of improving visibility to this Inbox. Either duplicate the message in a user's Inbox by default. Or maybe provide a ribbon notification when a new Group message has been received.
Regardless, there needs to be a better way to notify users of messages here as I believe most people just collapse the Groups section and never look at it.

One Click to see all my Office 365 Groups
One Click Navigation to all my Groups
I've started to use Office 365 Groups but its a little frustrating that I have to navigate down the left navigation to find my groups, then click on more to get to the one I want. Please create a landing page for all my groups that I can add to my favorites and then click to see all the of them14 votes -
Groups Contacts feature that links with SharePoint Contacts list
We have personal contacts associated with our Outlook profile, but we need a Groups Contacts feature that is tied/linked with a SharePoint Contacts list (like Groups Files are a SharePoint Document library). We also need the ability to drag/drop move/copy selected contacts (single/multiple) between our Outlook profile and the Groups Contact list with appropriate confirmation prompts such as, "You are about to move/copy X contact(s) to group 'Group Name'. Is this correct?".

Groups conversation inline thread reply layout
It would be so much better if the Office 365 group conversation layout were that of a thread with inline replies, for example, I sometimes want to insert a reply right under an other colleagues message, and not at the very bottom of the conversation.
That would make things much more helpful!
The Reply button should perform this function as at the moment it is misleading one into thinking that it will reply to the conversation thread when in fact it just replies to the user himself.
I had a rather embarrassing situation at work today because of this as…

Flag group emails as "Read by" to know what group members have seen them
Being able to see what members of an email group viewed which emails would be a useful group setting. In multiple of my email groups, we rely on constant emails that confirm one or multiple members have seen/dealt with the email and its subject.
As an example, I am in an IT group in my work with multiple other technicians. When someone emails the group with a problem, we rely on multiple emails about who will handle it and when it gets finished. It would be a much simple process for the first person to see it to just flag…

Enable an option to categorize emails based on colors in a group. This will make the group inbox get managed effectively.
Enable an option to categorize emails based on colors in a group. This will make the group inbox be managed effectively. If there are multiple people in group who are accessing the Inbox Group, It is difficult to assign jobs and also coordinate who has picked up that email and is working on it.

Drag and Drop or mass selection Outlook groups membership management
Adding members to groups has to happen one person at a time? Contact group management allows you to open various address lists and select multiple items then click "Members" and it adds all selected items at once, the groups feature forces you to type and search for members one at a time and add them as you find them. <- this method absolutely kills productivity please add functionality similar to that of group contacts before I go insane(er)

Provide an option to delete a thread in conversation in the Outlook Groups in Outlook 2016
it would be great if we can delete a thread in conversation in Outlook Groups. Not just the whole conversation. This can be done on web access.

Provide a feature to copy an email item to Group Conversation folder via API
Provide a feature to copy an email item to Group Conversation folder in Microsoft Outlook 2016 to get rid of the extra Distribution List folder that may be required otherwise via API. It is possible to copy mail items in own folder but there is no way to copy it to Group Conversation folder. The goal is to conserve the original headers of the mail item. When a forward is done, the header is distroyed.

Option to exclude certain email ids while sending mail to a group
Generally while sending emails to a large group, certain times we would require the mail not to be send to certain email addresses. An alternate would be to expand the group and then exclude the email id. But that would result in time wasting when the group is more than 30 people. The solution could be to have an option to exclude certain email ids from sending mail to groups. The outlook while sending to the group can internally exclude the email ids while sending the mail to the groups.
Sample Use-Case - At times when we send emails to…

Preview options for dynamic distribution lists
Add a preview option in Outlook to view members of a dynamic distribution list, its selection criteria and estimated number of recipients. Dynamic Distribution Lists are a wonderful tool, but when the users have to contact their Exchange admins to find out who would be a recipient, they lose value as people become afraid of using them not knowing you will receive the message.
