  2. handles on tasks to move them up and/or down to put them in order

It would be nice to have handles on the tasks on the same day to have handles on them to easily move them into the order you want them.

  3. Allow users to Skip Occurrence on Ribbon without having to open individual recurring tasks.

I have several recurring monthly tasks setup, but some months no work/time is spent on them. I don't want to mark them complete for the month, so most of the time I simply go into each task and hit "Skip Occurrence". I prefer not to hit "Mark Complete", since no actual work was done and I use the to-do/task history to track productivity. It would be a nice quality of life improvement if I could add the "Skip Occurrence" button to the To-Do List ribbon, that way users don't have to go into each individual task to skip.

  5. Re-activate the option to "Regenerate new tasks n number of days/weeks/months after a task is completed".

This option was available in earlier Outlook versions (in Task Recurrence dialog box), but not in 2016.
It makes sense in different cases, where you can delay task completion but a new task's due date depends on the last completion date: blood donation, lawn mowing, visit grand-mom, ...

  6. Provide a feature of Activities Report in Microsoft Outlook 2016

I would like to see a feature like a pane or a minimized pane displaying a resume of my performance break by daily performance, week, month, year, with information of how many activities did I complete on time, how many where due date, canceled and rescheduled, even (If posible) to see how many time an specific task where rescheduled...

    OR Something like this thanks

  7. In the my Tasks, resource to import an excel list, where each line are imported as a task still allow to choose a cell as the closing date.

Today we create one task at a time. I suggest functionality that allows you to import an Excel list, where each line is imported as a task still allow you to choose a cell as the expected closing date.

  10. Folder/File system in Outlook 2016

Incoming emails move to existing Folder in Outlook trought a search engine which allready exists on the mobile app but not on the Notebook ablication.

This would be faster when I can say "move to ..." and Outlook gives me search Resultat about existing Folder with the Name.

This should be a Kind of tray System for incoming mails.

  11. Choose who sees task reminders

For shared email addreses with mulitple users (eg Sales@businessname.co.nz), when creating follow up reminders you need to be able to select who will see the reminder. Otherwise if it pops up on someone elses PC and they click dismiss you don't see the reminder at all.

  12. Make sure user defined Task list are robust.

I make lists with a bespoke sort order in Tasks > Home > Current View. However, if I am viewing one of my bespoke lists and then click any icon in View > Arrangement, the sort order is corrupted for all subsequent sessions. 14. Daily briefing emails from Cortana add option for task to be completed on a day in the future

The daily briefing emails currently have options for Done or Not a task, it would be great if there was also an option to schedule a task. The idea being that I said I would do this task in 2 weeks time so let me book that and remind me about it on that day rather than 2 days after I said I would do it.

  15. Recurrence feature for Task entries

When deleting a Task item that has a recurrence schedule set, you are presented with an option to delete all tasks for this recurring Task items or delete just the one recurring item. The default currently is set for deleting all of the recurring Task items associated with the Task in question. It seems that this is not a "fail safe" approach. The default should be that only the one Task item would be deleted, unless the user manually selects the "delete all" option.

  16. Nudge

Create an option to "nudge" the recipient of a task to remind them of the work needed. The nudge would move it to the top of messages.
