goto Folder from search list
when i have lots of folder that are nested, and I have done a search, it cam be very difficult to find where the messages are located. I would like the ability to see the path displayed in the search and the ability right click on the message in the search list and select goto Folder. This would place me in the folder where this message was found.

Message Preview missing from search results
When I type any text into the search box of my inbox, all Message Preview text disappears. Turning on Message Preview in the ribbon or changing the number of preview lines does nothing.
I normally work with the preview pane turned off so I normally rely on Message Preview to help determine which is the correct message to open. With no Message Preview when searching, now I have to open each possible message. Slow!
Please bring back the ability to show Message Preview in Search Results, at least if the Preview Pane is off!

Provide a feature to enable "Search Folders" for labelled tasks and calendar events in Microsoft Outlook 2016 according to work projects. Remove display of emails from filtered searches after messages are moved to folder
When you move a message displayed in a filtered search to a folder, the message continues to be displayed in the search. This occurs even after checking the box to only display items in the "current folder". This bug means that you get no visual feedback that the item has been moved. This issue is discussed in detail here:

Allow deletion of emails from search results
It would be mighty useful to be able to delete emails from search results. I was able to do this is older versions. Also there is currently no way to select all emails from a search result on the portal. If you have hundreds of emails to delete it cannot be done via the portal. Please add a select all function to the email search results. Thanks

Option to save Search Queries used in searching emails in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Option to save Search Queries used in searching emails in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Option to save search criteria/search query in Microsoft Outlook 2016 would be beneficial. Also provide an option to include sub-folders in Search by default.
Also consider this scenario for Search Feature: Highlight text in an Outlook email, right click for menu, and then have the option for searching all emails in Outlook for that text. It should be an easy shortcut to create.

Collapse search bar by default like other Office apps
Like the other Office apps Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, they have an option where you can collapse the search bar on the window by default. Apparently Outlook doesn't.

Search specific text based on highlighted text
Feedback for Office 365:
Previously in Outlook 2016 & 2019 it used to support two ways of using the search:
- If highlighted text is present, search code snippet will wrap around when you click To/From/Subject.
- If highlighted text is not present, it will create To/From/Subject search code snippet and automatically highlight the dummy search term
As compared to now (Office 365), it's just one way of using:
- If highlighted text is present or not present, it will create To/From/Subject search code and automatically highlight the dummy search term
Can we retain the old functions where it works both way?

Fix bug that has blown out the search function in Outlook
After a recent update, I can no longer do a search in Outlook for recent emails. Microsoft support tried fixing but they are unable to fix this. Please fix this error as without being able to do a search, I am not able to handle my business emails. Extremely frustrating and apparently I am not the only one having this problem. first time in my computer history that I am considering moving to a MAC. This is really unacceptable.

search box in outlook 2016
When adding individual search boxes by subject, sent, folder, body, attachments, etc, these are added vertically in a column and end up taking a log of vertical screen space, and leaving a lot of unused screen space to their left. It would be preferable to optimize the use of screen space, and allow the user to move the individual search boxes around (up,down, left, right) afterwards, as needed.
Also, make the search box a little bit bigger.
