  1. Ability to insert contact detail automatically in New Meeting requests

    I understand that we can insert my contact details in manually each time I create a new meeting request however it would be less time consuming if this was an automatic option, the same as when creating a mail (the contact details are on the page already)

  5. Create a custom 45 min meeting Calendar template

    I would like to be able to create a calendar entry for a 45 min that starts at 5 mins past the hour. This will allow participants in meetings that run long to have a few minutes before the next meeting.

  6. Show attendees in event details in calender overview

    When hovering over a calender event in the calender overview, event details such as start, end and location are displayed. It would be useful if the attendees were also displayed, if there are no more than 10 to 15 people.

  7. Accepting a meeting invitation with only one click

    When I receive a meeting invitation I’d like to accept this with just one click.
    At the moment I can click on accept – but then I have to choose further between 3 options how I want to send the answer for the acceptance
    (in German:
    - Antwort vor dem Senden bearbeiten
    - Antwort jetzt senden
    - Keine Antwort senden

    So this means 2 clicks.
    would be nice if a default answer type in the Option could be set.

  8. Expected Outcome

    When scheduling a meeting, it would be nice to include Expected Outcome so user can enter this information. For example, currently, User can enter Title, Required and Optional attendees, start and end time, and Location. Please add option for "Expected Outcome" so it will always be clear the intention of the meeting.

  9. Show the weekday in meeting invitations

    When receiving a meeting invite, the time, date, month and year is shown. But the weekday is not. And there doesn't seem to be a way to easily see this (hovering over the date, or changing a view setting) without opening a calendar. It would be good for the meeting invite to show which day of the week the invite is for, or allow you to 'hover' over the date to show the day.

  10. Edit a calendar invite that someone sent to you

    Edit the agenda, attach files in the calendar invite that has been sent to you, so everyone can see the changes and added files.

  11. Meeting Overview - Accepted / Decline / No response

    At email tab, we can add calendar bar where it shows our event on the day.
    My suggestion:
    1) When we right click on the event -> We can see whether we accept/decline/no response to the meeting.
    2) To provide date beside the wording Today, Tomorrow, Saturday ....

    Ability to schedule reoccuring meetings for two specific parts of the month in just one meeting invite. (i.e. 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month or 2nd & 4th Monday) Currently, its only possible to schedule one day of the month in a reoccurring invite.

  13. Default duration for new appointments and meetings set to <var> minutes.

    In Outlook for Windows: File-> Options-> Calendar. In Calendar options there is "Default duration for new appointments and meetings" value that could be set to 30 min, 1 hour, 1,5 hour and 2 hour.

    An organisation have a need to decide themselves the duration of the new meeting by default. F.ex. 15, 45 (academic hours) or 50 minutes.

  14. Colour calendar

    To optimise my calendar, I'd like to set the colour of the background by time slot (same background every week of the year) to help my collegues/assistant know how/when to set meetings.
    eg :
    9-10 am -> green zone, free for internal meetings ;
    10-12 am -> red zone, no meeting possible ;
    2-4 pm -> organge zone, free for client meetings ;
    4-6 pm -> green zone, free for internal meetings.

  15. Auto reply 'tentative' to meetings that clash with other meetings

    I use the auto-accept function for meetings and would like an automatic response of tentative if it clashes with another meeting in my calendar as meetings change all the time so I may be able to make it.
    At the moment the only option for meetings that clash is to decline the meeting which removes the meeting.

  16. Auto canceling of meetings during absence

    Vacation is coming. **** I need to cancel about 60 meetings during my 3 week holidays. An automatism would reduce the effort to cancel or decline each and every meeting. Maybe "absence" could also be an answer for invitations.

  18. Can the view of calendar items shown as free be minimized?

    It would be helpful to minimize the view of "free" calendar items. That would give more space to other entries while still keeping most important information on free items.

  19. Increase the number of color options in the Outlook Calendar palette from 9 to 16-25, increase contrast, and allow user editing of colors.

    I find that I cannot change the color of agenda items or calendar items for my email accounts in Microsoft Outlook. I use various Android apps on my tablet and phone, that allow me to show Agenda items and Calendar items. If I use gmail, I can easily select a color, whereas with Outlook accounts I cannot change the color to suit my preferences. Also provide an option or feature to set different events with different colors in Calendar as well as in Categories in Microsoft Outlook 2016.

  20. A box to check with calendar invites that let's internal users know it's able to be rescheduled

    A box one could check when creating a calendar invite that would allow you to note if it's able to be rescheduled.
    That way other internal users on my outlook (at my company) can know if it's easily rescheduled or not. For instance, if it were a 1:1, i would check the reschedule box to allow others to know that if they need to book something for a group and that's the only time that works, it's easily rescheduled. Whereas, if it were not, it would tell me it were an external/hard to reschedule meeting so avoid that time if…
