    Just like the Archive folder and option within Outlook, w would like to see a folder, Ribbon button and context menu option called "Read Later". This is useful to help keep the Inbox organized and clean.

    Add voting buttons in meeting request in Outlook 2016. It is very handy to have a voting button so the meeting organizer can receive responses for the votes along with accept/decline!

  4. Ability to print multiple calendars (such as personal and public calendars) using the Print Options feature. Save paper and more efficient.

    Ability to print multiple calendars (such as personal and public calendars) using the Print Options feature in order to print all relevant calendars on a single page rather than a separate print out for each calendar. This allows each user to fine tune their print calendar print outs to include both the Public calendar entries plus their own personal calendar entries. This feature will be more efficient and prevent missed appointments due to incorrect allocation of appointments to wrong calendars. This will be environmentally friendly with less paper use.

  5. Alert for too many recipients in the "To" field

    I would love it if an alert would pop up if more than 15 or 20 names are entered in the "To" field. The alert might read, "Are you sure you want to include so many names in this field? Consider pasting your list of recipients in the "Bcc" field instead."
    This would have served as a reminder and saved me much embarrassment (twice now!!) because of sending an email where all 500+ email addresses appear before the body of the email.

  6. Provide a feature in Outlook to Silently Retract or Recall Messages

    Outlook Cannot Silently Retract Messages. Outlook can retract (called Message Recall in Outlook), but whether successful or not, the recipient knows that the attempt was made (and the attempt includes the subject line).

    Provide 'Recipient' status whether he has seen mail or not before Recall/Resend email

    Current Functionality:
    Click on Email->File->Message Resend and Recall
    Tow options there: 1. Resend message for unseen recipient and 2. Recall message.
    Once sender use this then he will get notification of how many recipients message has been recalled.

    Improvement:
    When user is clicking on 'File->Message Resend and Recall'
    Is it possible to give 'Recipient' status whether he has seen message or not. So that sender will decide that Resend/Recall is fruitful or not.

    For e.g.
    If sender wants to update message for recipient 'A' but he has…

  10. Replace "Reply, Reply All, Forward" or the "Discard, Pop out" buttons back to to left.

    They are now on the upper right hand corner, whereas before they were on the left.
    On large, widescreen monitors, these are never in your direct line of sight and are "hidden" out of sight in the upper right hand corner.

  14. Default duration for new appointments and meetings set to <var> minutes.

    In Outlook for Windows: File-> Options-> Calendar. In Calendar options there is "Default duration for new appointments and meetings" value that could be set to 30 min, 1 hour, 1,5 hour and 2 hour.

    An organisation have a need to decide themselves the duration of the new meeting by default. F.ex. 15, 45 (academic hours) or 50 minutes.

  15. Like or Thumbs Up message

    To reduce the number of emails churning with thank yous etc, adding a button that can show/capture that the message has been read/liked/or thumbs up, where all recipients can see the status, (ie all recipients have read the email, and liked it). This will reduce the number of 'Thanks' reply all emails we all receive. Also reflects the social media style 'confirmation' of messages, and the same in Teams where you can thumbs up a message.

  16. Please have different notifications for focused inbox and other inbox.

    Allow the user to select a certain sound/notification for the focused inbox and another sound (or no sound) for the other inbox. Will prevent me from stopping my work and checking my email only yo see that I got a general non-urgent email in my other inbox. If I had a chime for my focused inbox and no sound for the other inbox, I could get more work done.

  19. BRING BACK CATEGORIES OPTION to 365 Update

    After the recent 365 Update, it seems the Categories Option (with different colors) is not available for Calendar Events/meetings. Please bring it back!!!! Right away!!!
