Buttons to Increase and decrease fonts
Fonts sizes of the buttons to increase and decrease font size (A^) don't compliment with each other
Ideally the font size of the button to increase the font should be bigger than the font size to decrease the font
but it is opposite right now

email address
Always show the full email address of a sender in the view pane. This is a major security risk that the email address of a sender is hidden and requires several clicks to view. Default should always be to show the full sender email address.

Spam/Phishing report button/ feature
This will allow users to quickly report malicious emails. This may work better for organizations to quickly remove these emails from employee inboxes. This can also be used as a training tool for cyber security awareness in terms of spotting malicious emails.

All me to create OOF or Busy response emails for specific time periods in my calendar. IE auto decline during lunch hours, or before 8am
Block off specific times and reply with an auto-responder to meeting invites that occur during specific times. Ie lunch hour, or before the start of my day, or after hours. I want to be able to customize the response for each time period, and I'd like a rule that lets me override it for specific individuals or groups (ie my boss).

Autocorrect in subject
The spell check works in the subject line and highlights errors but autocorrect does not work - why not enable autocorrect in the subject like it is in the body of an email/calendar invite

End meetings early works well, can I also do it starting late?
Add an option to start meetings late similar to how you are ending the meeting early. Under an hour, start x minutes late and over an hour start y minutes late. Still end on time.

Create an e-mail Out of Office Reply option when creating an appointment or meeting in your calendar.
When creating an appointment or meeting in your calendar you should be able to create an auto reply (out of Office) associated with that calendar event. That way if you have multiple periods that you will be out of the office you can have it set up without having to remember just prior to the appointment.

More color options like the online version has
Would like to see more color options for themes like the online version has. The limited options all look kind of bleak and don't give room for a personal touch.

Add a "Thank You" and "You're Welcome" buttons to emails - reduces email clutter
Add "Thank You" and "You're Welcome" buttons in an email, so that when a recipient clicks on the buttons, the original sender gets a brief pop-up text message saying "Thank You", rather than getting yet another email in the inbox that just says "Thank You". And if the email has multiple recipients, then the "Thank You" pop-up text is only sent back to the original sender. This will reduce the volume of useless "Thank You" emails that end up cluttering our inboxes.

You need a more improved search engine for searching contacts. Allow it to search all fields not just the name. Let it sort by column so at least you can scan down the column to look for a contact. This feature has been horrible for a long time.

Adding Time Zones to Sent email
With so many people working from home and in different time zones, it is tough to decipher exactly what time the sender of the email sent the email since there is no time zone stamped on the sent time of the email. For example, my colleague, Russ sent an email at 12:15 PM in response to another email sent by Rachel at 12:57 PM. Russ is in Denver while Rachel is in Seattle, however, the timestamps only show 12:15pm and 12:57pm. Can we add EST, MST, PST after the time stamps of the sent email? This will make the distributed…

Provide option to have meeting reminder alert on a mobile device via text (phone number)
Provide option to have meeting reminder alert on a mobile device via text (phone number)
With the Covid-19 crisis and working from home/away from the office it would be useful to have an option to send meeting reminders as an Alert on your device or provide a fwd email so it will link with your phone and remind of a meeting. Working at home I am multi-tasking even more so than at the office and when I step away from my laptop sometimes I miss reminders or get taken away from an upcoming meeting.
I also don't have a work…

Dark mode to match system mode.
There needs to be a way to automatically change the theme of Office apps based on what the global Windows theme is set to (light or dark). When dark mode is enabled on Windows, it is very unpleasant to have a bright white background on Office apps. Having it synced to the system-wide global setting will eliminate the hassle of switching the Office theme everyday manually.
