why do you see it fit to lock me out of my own hotmail account it still works on my phone yet i cant access it on my new computer have to answer a load of questions and ye still lock me out

Can add a folder with the text "Reac\t"
But can't delete said mistyped folder as it contains an escape sequence and (I presume) can't be found when searching for the index of the folder to delete.
There is also no error message when delete fails.

Each time I start Outlook a dialog box pops up asking me to log into a work or school account. I have neither, so this is an annoyance. Clicking on the red X cancels it, without any apparent ill effect. I haven't found an option to turn it off. This dialog only appears in Outlook, not Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher or Word.

Recent people list is limited to 5 entries which are not the most used or most recent.

Allow to search or expand when keep typing to find the ones that you have actually sent to e-mails recently.

Currently outlook exchange cache mode is set to one year and people who are not aware of this setting are thinking that they lost the old email ,it would be really good if it is set to all by default.

Please allow an option to set a default folder or location to locate files for attachments. The setup you have now is useless and frustrating, to say the least. I can see how it could be helpful to some customers, but certainly not all. Thanks!

Show live email size (Kb/Mb) when creating new message or preparing reply in Outlook 2016 at the bottom of mail

I am trying to send an invitation to a large group of people. Some have Apple computers. The invitation is formatted with the first part left justified. The remainder of the message is centered. When people with Apple computers receive it, the message is all left justified.

A friend with an Apple formatted the same message to look like a banner and can send it to my computer, but I can't send it to Apple users.
I have spent two days talking to a Microsoft Tech and she concluded that there is no solution. Why? Please fix this.
