Exporting appointments from Excel to Outlook Calendar with required attendees.
Not able to import " required attendees" in appointments from Excel to Outlook Calendar (via a CSV file) Everything works well except required attendees. When I put in attendee's emails they are not loaded into the Outlook Calendar. I want to have attendees listed in each appointmentas well as having outlook send the appointment request to the required attendee, though I am not sure the appointment request is a possibility and would save me time!

Automating the process to generating monthly meeting invites would bring welcomed efficiencies to our processes.

This is a missing feature. I have tried multiple times to use an import to set up a series of meetings that don't follow a predictable pattern. Everything always works except for attendee lists - despite these being mapped and displayed correctly int he import dialog.
This then requires manually opening each individual appointment to add required and optional attendees after creation. -

Same here, meeting organizer/required attendees are not imported from csv file to Outlook calendar. It would be great if this gets resolved in future updates/releases. It would really help when doing resource migration.

Hi Julie
The content from this post from Diane might help you layout your spreadsheet successfully for import
Begin by creating an Excel file with the following column headers:
Subject, Location, Required Invitees, Categories, Start Date, End Date, Start Time, End Time, Reminder, Duration, Optional Attendee, Resource. (You can add other Outlook fields, if needed.)Add meeting details to a spreadsheet
(check the link for pcture - https://www.slipstick.com/developer/code-samples/create-meetings-csv-file/
Hope this helps
