Using Artificial Intelligence in Outlook.
Is it possible to automate mail transport operations with artificial intelligence and create learning infrastructure in Outlook?
I'm talking about something other than basic rule-making.
We want to see Artificial Intelligence on the outlook application.
There is no study on artificial intelligence in end-user products.

I like to use Categories for indexing my Outlook items. For recurring events that aren't scheduled in a uniformly repeatable fashion, e.g., the exact date for biannual AC/furnace heating/cooling check, I copy the text of a previous event into creating a new scheduled item. But then I have to manually add the categories that I previously used to characterize the event with the same subject line at some earlier time. It would be useful if Outlook recognized the text as matching a similar earlier event and suggested the same categorization. AI ordering of categories would help, too, because if multiple categories are used, e.g., "Home Maintenance" and "AC/Heating Service," I get different color-coded entries depending upon the order that I add the categories to the item. AI entry in a consistent order would help the color-coding make sense, rather than nonsense as it currently stands.
