Automatically block of 15 minutes before and after each meeting
It is my manual task to always block some time before and after meetings, lot's of extra clicking in Outlook. I would love to see a feature or someone explain to me how I can tell Outlook, to by default make my meetings appear to start 15 minutes earlier and stop 15 minutes later, than they actually do, so no one can book back to back through my entire schedule.
Great idea, I'm also in favour.
In case you don't want to wait, I've found this option: http://www.vboffice.net/en/developers/add-appointment-travel-times-to-calendar/
Darauf warte ich auch! Wäre super produktivitätssteigernd -> „flexible Eingabe von freibleibender Zeit vor und nach einem Meeting“

I face the problem that meetings, calls etc are scheduled with invitations one of the other without break (with no time to move to other rooms, make short preparations for the next appointment or a short time-out). I would need a function which blocks automatically a short period before and after the scheduled slot - for example if I have a meeting from 2:00 to 3:00 it should show in my scheduler as blocked from 1:45 to 3:15

Some meetings require travelling before and after the meeting. So there is a need to block the calendar before and after those meetings for some configurable time. Note that you don't want to extend the actual meeting time, since this is shared with the others. I would suggest an individual setting for every meeting/appointment, which would extend the Busy/Out of office status beyond the actual meeting time.
