Provide an option to clone a past meeting as we might need to create meeting which is not a recurring one would be the best option in Microsoft Outlook 2016. Being able to clone a past meeting would be good instead of copying all the details again.
If you have held a one-off meeting with a particular audience and would now like to hold another for the same attendees, I think it would be neat if you could go back into the earlier meeting and see a button to 'schedule another meeting for this audience'. I know you can do recurring meetings but this is for ad hoc ones where you may not know at the time of setting up the first meeting, when a further one will be required.
It would be a huge improvement if instead of just having a 'to' field on the meeting request form, the 'required', 'optional', 'resources' (and the forthcoming FYI) fields were included and visible by default.
