Allow users to specify their pronouns.
Add an official way for users to specify their preferred pronouns - he/him, they/them, etc. Ideally this would be easily changeable, and not require people picking options from a list.
This is great and we’re already looking at it! However it’s technically challenging to enable each person to publish information in a place where everyone else can see it, so we’re working through that.
When sharing calendars / information Outlook only list "his or her pronouns" but excludes other identities. I believe you should add them/their/theirs pronouns. To match your mission, making this change may empower those who do not identify as (s)he.

I would prefer this to be an AD-level change, so that it can be ingested by any/all MS services downstream, including Outlook/Exchange, Teams, Skype, and so on. Ideally, I’d like MS products to prompt me to use a person’s correct pronouns any time it detects me using any pronoun other than the ones defined by that person.
