Provide an option or feature to color code different email accounts in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Provide an option or feature to color code different email accounts in Microsoft Outlook 2016. In WIndows Live, we use to be able to color code the different email accounts we had on the desktop version. I want the same ability for the outlook desktop version.

With access to multiple mailboxes, having an option to change the colour for each separate mailbox would be useful. Also showing the mailbox name in the Ribbon again would be helpful (this used to be a feature but has been removed earlier this year)

to colour code mailboxes on the side explorer ribbon (similiar to how calendars are colourcoded for different mailboxes)

Enable different fonts / colours to be assigned to different email accounts (as different signatures can be).
Presently, mailbox fonts are only in mono and you can only sort them alphabetically. This is rather limiting when you are trying to manage multiple mailboxes. Even the old mail client in Windows live allows you to change these settings.

Put simply, the ability to give different folders and or mailbox/accounts different colors

MS Outlook used to have a feature where we could Color Code messages by the sender. I could make my boss's emails red, a medical listserv messages green, etc. Not sure why this was stopped, but it was a very nice feature. Please bring it back. It came out in the 2000s, I believe.

I have several e-mail addresses. They can be opened in different windows. But they are all the same color.
Choosing a color by address will help you to know
I manage a trade lane for an mutlinational company with more than 100K employees around the world, and most of my work involves outlook - in other words I use outlook 10 hours a day every day.
With the new update, I cannot quickly see who is or who isn't a part of the cmopany as the colors of the icons are not showing different offset tones for external users.
This is having me go and click on every name of recipients to check if we're having a conversatioin with third parties in the loop, or an internal one.
Major loss of time, productivity, increase in mistake probabilities. In other words, no gain from the update, but loss.
Attributing a different color to external users to my organization shouldn't be that difficult to add as a feature.
Hoping I can have an answer on this quickly - many thanks in advance.
The ability to categorize non outlook email accounts by color.
