Automatically add signatures to invitations
Like new messages and replies, have the option to include a signature to meeting invitations automatically.
Outlook Calendar invites should include the email signature by default, or recipients may often think your message is spam and delete it without reading.
We have had this issue for a long time in our office, and many users forget to add the signature manually before sending, then the meeting request gets ignored.
