How can we improve your Desktop Outlook 2016 experience?

Decline but not participating

Today we can only chose from "Accept", "Tentative" or "Decline" when somebody propses or invites to a meeting. A lot of times you need to know about the meeting and get the meeting notes but not participate, for ex. for exacuative people, people in a high leadership role etc. My suggestion is that we have a "Decline not participating" option so that we still have the meeting in or calenders, get the meeting notes, updates for next meeting etc.

It would be a good idea to be able to add participants to a IAB meeting. This allows in fact to be able in the context of invitations to events/seminars to block the calendars of the registrants without them seeing the other participants.

Hi, i have found that by clicking "Tentative", it will still show in my calendar and I will get future notices, but the organizer knows I will not attend.
