View a Contact's emails, correpsondance from that Contact Folder
I find it astounding that OUTLOOK doesn't have this feature. When I open up a Contact, I should be able to view all my email correspondence with them without having to go back to the email folder and conduct a search
I believe this feature was included in older versions of Outlook

this was a feature that I used in previous versions of outlook it allowed you to view all the emails sent and received in an individuals contact box.
bring this search feature in the individuals contact box back
In the new version of Outlook the People Pane view should includes all the emails correspondence not just the emails sent to you but also the emails send by you. In the new outlook it only shows emails sent to you.

I seem to recall that previous versions of outlook allowed you to view all the emails sent and received in an individuals contact box. I think this was a tab available in the notes box. This was a brilliant way to look at all emails from an individual. Much, much better than the ****** search box we now have.

Simply be able to pull up a contact and instantly be able to see all emails, sent/received, and documents linked to that one contact at the bottom of the contact page is huge.
This seems so basic of a need, to simply pull up a contact and instantly be able to see all sent and received emails and documents linked to that contact.
I simply can't believe that the ability is not being developed now within Outlook or by a third party group to capture this obvious need.
If Outlook isn't, you may be sure of one thing... your competition IS!!!

yes this is needed ...where did it go?
Even with a contact I correspond everyday, the people pane says: "There are no items to show in this view.

See all emails from and to this contact within the specific contacts box when you open lets say " john doe" contact information. every email I sent to john doe shows up at the bottom of the contact box for john doe specifically him only and be able to refine it and search within the emails just for john doe via a word or subject line.
