Allow us to change the font, its size and choice of style for the to, cc, bcc and subject lines of email

Allow us to change the font, its size, and style for the to, cc, bcc and subject lines of an email. I have checked online and lots of people have this problem, no fix has been suggested. July 24, 2018

Font size is the most critical and is an accessibility issue. Try working for 8 hours after overnight flights on a 13” screen! It’s a big issue

PLEASE fix this.It is FAR too small for my eyes. What happened to Accessibility? Having to alter the Windows system font size is a terrible workaround, as many programs can't cope with increased sizes.

This can be done by providing the respoonder to a email to choose html for the response. We used to be able to do this but I can't find a way in Version 10.

Need to make the font in the "TO, From, Cc, Bcc and Subject" BIGGER. It's about a Size 6 or 7 font now and with my eyesight, can't read.

Area in email To and Subject line are way to small to read and there is not enough space to use a larger front. Cannot change font. Called technician and he could not find out how to do it.!

This would enable your own customised levels of urgency by colour!

Please address this issue. How can you claim accessibility features when this basic need is not met?

When creating a new mail then the area To, CC, Subject is now using 2 times of the screen space than before - please give back the space for the mail body.

With the update in version 1811 (build 11029.20108) it got changed

The rows containing To, CC and BCc fields are too narrow. The compactness makes it difficult to discern each row. Please increase the height of the rows or separate them by more space.

Am an IT engineer of dubai airport. we are using office365. After the recent update of outlook client application build 1810, the subject font size is too small. Our users are really not comfortable with this. I spoke to one of the Microsoft agent Patricia, she told as a work around we change windows display resolution (it didn't worked) and also she requested me to comment here to enable those features.

the layout is too busy, don't show message contents only subject line

  • Matt Greenheck commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

The fields in a new message are too big and take up nearly half of the new message real estate when all are enabled. Please allow the resizing of these fields, or the option to "compact" them.

The font size of To and Cc field is too small for some end users. Please give us an option to change the font size of this field just as what we can do to preview pane.
