a whatsapp style internal outlook chat.
    Professional chat groups.
Giving employers a way of sending "read at a delay unlike whatsapp where read is a standard instant thing because this may not be adopted by certain businesses without more selective options"

An instant dialog would be ideal to chat with colleagues or others, whether for an enquiry or for a specific request, in order to avoid e-mail exchanges (wait time, too much mail in the Inbox)

Emails are great for important communications. But once the general idea is out, you need a shortcut so you don't have to say Hi, Regards, Signature etc. The chat section or "mode" would let you do this but still somehow be linked to the original email and be searchable.

Young people are accustomed to chat rooms and the chat function would be very convenient when removing all the extra info from forwarding caps and so on. When you send in an email, just a bunch of garbage is collected in which you are looking for one sentence you need. Minimalism in the outlock !!!!

You could have a chat option as long as the receiver accepts this conversation so that we can expedite some issues faster, I believe that this way it is possible to draw doubts more effectively and giving more productivity in daily work.
