How can we improve your Desktop Outlook 2016 experience?

Reduce size of message preview pane header in Outlook 2016

Reduce size of message preview pane header in Outlook 2016
I shrink it back down to the size it was in Office 2010.
remove the "Reply, Reply All, Forward, IM" buttons at the top of the header?
Reduce the size of the font for the "From" field? (And hopefully the size of the spacing around it.)
Change the font color to black? The greyish faded color in 2016 is hard read.
It's just taking away useful space for the preview and replacing it with visual clutter.

perhaps going back a few versions with the reading pane and general layout would be best. last version reading pane header took up too much space and yet again in this version you have made it bigger again. whoever designs this must work on a 46" monitor where space is genorous. please remamber that people are usin tablets, surface pro and go etc, screens aren't that big!!

There should be an option to remove the reply, reply all, forward, etc buttons from the reading/preview pane as they are already located on the ribbon. Maybe some people like them on the reading pane, but it would be nice to have it as a setting to remove them so they aren't taking up space unnecessarily in the reading pane for those who use the ribbon buttons.
