Business Contact Manager SBB files to Outlook 2016
Found out that 8 years of BCM history literally unusable in Outlook 2016. To make matters worse, MSFT tech support uninstalled Outlook 2010 w/BCM; therefore, I have no recourse. Dead in the water. What?!? Serious breach of customer service. This should be an easy, no brainer, conversion to the new program. Thoughts???

We have been using BCM through many versions of Outlook. 2016 is the first version where this is not an option available to us. After having the shared database, companies along with all their respective contacts, it is impossible to work with out it. PLEASE bring it along to Outlook 2016 and all future versions
