Outlook should find correct room based of Exchange capacity field In outlook 2016
In the Exchange you can define capacity on your room mailbox by:
set-mailbox -ResourceCapacity 10 -identity Confroom123
Above command set capacity for the "ConfRoom123" to 10. How cool it would be if on Outlook you book the room for nine persons, and by default Outlook counts recipients, but you could also customize that and then it find the next available room for you automatically. But also so, that it will not show you rooms where capacity is only six or less.
For the organizer it might be hard to detect how many of are joining via Skype/phone, but it would be great help for organizers.
Isn't this something we should already have in 2018?
ps. Please, do not merge this to "Have both a Skype meeting and conference room for meeting invites" as that is totally different feedback.

It would be great to search on capacity and if the room has a whiteboard, tv, etc.
The Room Finder MRU should have Multiple Buildings. I regularly work with people in multiple buildings, but the MRU only has the most recently used building at the top. It would be much better if there was a 3-5 MRU at the top the building list which I image is enough for most folks in their regular meeting planning.
It would also be useful for very large organizations to allow search or type ahead in the building list to quickly find the building you are looking for in your organization as regularly having to scroll through dozens of buildings when planning a meeting becomes annoying.
