Adjust size of "all day events" in day view of Outlook Calnedar
Is there a way to increase the amount of all day events I can see at the top of the screen for my day view in outlook? Right now I have 6 events and I can only see 3 of them. I should be able to increase the height of the space for "all events" day view feature

Pleeeeease give an option to decrease the height of all-day events in the Outlook calender. On smaller screens (like a 14 inch laptop) it takes up too much space and the result is that it doesn't show my whole work day 9a - 7pm, I always have to scroll. Also, I don't care for the weather in the top bar, give an option to remove it to have more space at the bottom!

Please change this. All day section takes too much screen space in Outlook 365 desktop app. Why is there always empty space after last all day meeting and why is this space so big when there are no all day meetings? Also the date-weather-search bar takes too much space on a laptop screen. There could be an UI option tight - normal - loose in settings menu to change the view margins.

please allow us to adjust/decrease size of all-day events. This takes up an ridiculous amount of space, and I rarely have even one event here. It is especially annoying on smaller laptop screen, where it takes so much space that I can't fit my 8-5 meetings on my screen at once.

All-day events are always from 0:00 to 23:59. Add option to set the time for such as events i.e. for work hours. Also, time of alarm for all-day events should be managed.

Change the schedule view setting’s print time... sounds weird but it works. Print>page setup> try something crazy like 5 am to 6pm. Your time scale also affects how much u can see (you have to exit print menu to open the time scale settings.)

What if there was just a drop down arrow that when clicked a full length view of all of the all day events for that day are stacked vertically?

the all day event bar in outlook calendar should be adjustable and can be hidden from view

Agree with steph and Anonymous regarding reducing the size of the All Day events section at the top of the Day view. Currently appears to be fixed at about an inch of wasted space if I don't have all day events. It should automatically shrink to just display the Day Number value, about 3/8 inch on my screen. It is a bunch of wasted space for me, and very frustrating that there is NO WAY to configure this away.

I want to DECREASE the size of the All Day events. Microsoft should make the "All Day Events" bar adjustable. Right now it's so big (the size of a 90 min meeting) I can only see the first 4 hours of my day. Really sucks when I'm trying to plan out my week.

Make the size of the all-day-event bar auto-adjustable so that when it is empty, it shows only the day (number).

If not increase the size, then the ability to scroll is required

WHY? For now I'm using the native Calendar app in Windows 10 which allows for scrolling of the all day events - but setting the height should also be an added feature.

I too am having this issue with my scroll arrow has been removed and I can't see more than 4 items. Some days it works than others it doesn't - sometimes in the same day. Please fix.

I need to be able to scroll down and see my tasks for the day by scrolling it up and down.

So, yesterday afternoon (Perth Western Australia) 6 November 2019 I was able to scroll again.
Today, Thursday 7 November - I was able to scroll for a while this morning, but now the ability has disappeared. I've rebooted and tried different browers but all to no avail.
PLEASE fix this bug. It is so frustrating.I'm using Office 365 online version, as my desktop version can't cope with the number of calendars I have, and consequently doesn't sync properly. -

In the online version I need to see more than 4 all day events. Please fix as a matter of urgency - obviously it is an issue for many users.

I had this same issue today, but hey, I figured it out :) If you click on the top right on the "my day" icon, you can select either Calendar or To Do. If you select Calendar, you will see all events marked as All-Day in there. I hope this help.

If you go to the monthly view, then you can see the "all day" events for each day. Would prefer to be have them all visible in the WEEKLY view instead of having to switch over to monthly view, so we can see who is OOO at a glance. Please fix this feature!

Just had this functionality disappear today. Worked fine to scroll before, but now I'm limited to the top 4 events in the all-day event space. What happened?
