Outlook calendar: set work hours for individual weekdays.
Work hours start time & end time should be adjustable for the different weekdays not only the week as a whole.
(Monday 8-16, Tuesday 9-17, Wednesday 10.30-16.50 etc.)
We need this within our office, different days with different work hours. Lots of people I know work different hours on different days

This shouldn't be that difficult. Allow the option in an "advanced" setting to the schedule or allow a user to mark their working hours on a simple grid rather than forcing everyone to play games with "out of office 'meetings'" or other complications that only serve to mislead and confuse.
