Timezone - Make it useful for scheduling meetings across time zones and include them in scheduling assistant in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Outlook doesn't make it easy to schedule meetings when several global timezones are involved. Provide the user with some guidance "hey bob is in X timezone" and/or Recommend that meetings aren't scheduled when someone is sleeping! Also make the picker better. sorting by UTC doesn't make sense and the City name doesn't work either. You should be able to search for a place on the planet and it can tell you the timezone.

When trying to schedule a meeting with even 1 other person in a different time zone is difficult.
I live in the UK and I have to organise various calls & Webexes with people in PT, ET, CT and now even MT (didn't even know that one existed) - but to try to schedule any calls is difficult as when I am trying to assign them to the event - I can only see my time zone OR their timezone (not both) - it is a bit hard when I see gaps in their calendar but it turns out to be 9pm uk time. - being able to see my own time zone as well as another when scheduling a meeting would be extremely helpful.
Scheduler to show different time zones
Currrenly you can see differnt time zones in calendar, however, not in scheduler. Is very inconvenient for multinational companies...
I work with people across 8 different time zones. But Outlook only allows maximum of 3 zones to be shown in the calendar. This means I frequently go to the settings to change the zone. This process isn't very user-friendly. I'd like to be able to see up to 10 timezones in my Outlook calendar. The way it is displayed can be compacted, but it should also include a day like Sat 15 under the hour, as working across so many time zones, there are date differences too.

I can see two time zones in Calendar, however when I schedule a meeting, I can't see two time zones. Please add this feature. I mean when I click on Scheduling Assistant, I can't see two time zones

Because the Brazilian President has abolished the summer time my calendar is absolutely crazy. When my clients schedule an interview I have 2 hours difference instead of 3 hours (Brasília time). Could you please update this detail.

Would be great to be able to see the multiple timezones when using the scheduling assistant so I stop accidentally booking meetings at lunchtime for other timezones!

I have 3 or more different time zones to work with, it would be good when I could see them within the Outlook Meeting Schedule Assistant; as I currently only one.
It would be great if I could see at least one more than my own , (3 would be better). This is a daily frustration for me.
I work globally and would like to highlight in weekly calendar view with 3 time zones defined by boxes in the main view so they overlap it is very hard even flipping views so ideally office working hours 9-5 would highlight with overlapping boxes, or frames. a small flag in the left corner identifying the time zone.
Please give the option to suppress the notification "This meeting has been adjusted to reflect your current time zone"
For instance, a flight or a train ride. If I'm flying from New York to Paris the plane will take of at NY time, but land at Paris time.
When I enable and set a time zone for an appointment, I want to see immediately underneath what time that will be in local time. I can then reject the appointment. At the moment, I have to enter the appointment, which then appears as good as at some random location in my calendar and then find it, and then decide if I want to delete it....USELESS!
as I have in total 3 different time zones to work with, it would be good when I could see them also within the Outlook Meeting Schedule Assistant; as I currently only see my own one.
My suggestion is to quickly see the local time for a co worker. In a global company often working with users around the world. My thought is when you hover over a user Contract Card in Outlook or any O365 app you see their time related to my own. For example I am in a Skype message with my co worker in India. It is 8:30am here on the east coast of the US. What time is it in Gurgaon India? Currently I have to do some mental math or look at the world clock on my iPhone to see it is 6pm local time in Gurgaon. Seems Outlook could do this.

When business travel is performed in multiple timezones the meeting are difficult to identify the time in the new timezone without changing the actual timezon which also results in confusion when we try to search for a mail sent/received. The Calender events/meeting should identify or check the additional timezone and show the meeting time in both timezone when its highlighted or mouse pointer hover on it.
It would be great to be able to generate a list of free time slots of my colleagues in their time zone or in the defined time zone.
1. I need to set up a meeting with someone in Pacific Time. My team is located in Central time, while I am located in Eastern time. I want to be able to select a name of my colleague and define the time zone of time slots without switching my laptop to these time zone. Then I wish to copy the list of time slots and send it.
I know I can insert a calendar right now, but it shows time slots in my time zone. Also, I don't want to see busy time slots. Right now I need to delete them.
This feature should help many sales people and will simplify appointment scheduling for teams in multiple time zones.

For example Occurs every Thursday effective 3/7/2019 until 3/28/2019 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Thursday and 3/7/2019 is the date based on the time zone of the organizer but the date time 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM already reflect to the timezone of reciever
World Meeting Planner AKA different time zones.
When we want for example to show our audience when will an event start up & we have more than 1 time zone involved its a must-have to know when according to where you are. a list to time zone, countries etc. is a good idea :-*

Say you have three teams working 8 hours apart.
Similarly to how you can have additional time-zones, can you set ideal time periods for meetings between two zones?
This would involve checking attendees selected time-zone and showing them in RED/ORANGE on the scheduling assistant to show that the time is not suitable
You could also highlight the times on the calendar when you go to schedule a meeting

Provide a feature or option or a pick list to select the multiple countries ( to see the tome zone) for scheduling global meeting invites.
This will be helpful to see the timezone and the global attendees instantly in meeting invite itself.

The multiple time zone functionality within the calendar is great, but is it possible to add that exact same functionality to the scheduling assistant?
