Email Signature Sync across devices
It would be great if Outlook sync'd your email signature across multiple devices so that you only have to set or update it once.

Thank you to everyone who voted. We’re happy to report that we’re working on sync’ing signatures across devices. More details to come as we have them.
Sincerely,
Ricardo, Duncan, Sunder and David on behalf of the Outlook team

We would like to be able to have a uniform email signature specified by the end user or through policy on all email clients. OWA, Outlook, Outlook mobile whatever. Needing a uniform email signature has been a long standing issue for my team.

I know that you all are already working on it as of last year, but I would like to show my support for this and note that it has been over a year since you all started working on it. Was this just to placate us or to actually get the team together and start working on the issue? I hope it is the latter.

Syncing of Outlook Signature across device and platforms (Outlook Client and OWA) is a much needed feature. We expect this feature to be versatile and customized to the needs of small organizations.

The mail server admin should be able to set signatures for any employee - or for all at the same time - and it should be used on any device used. It should also be possible for the admin to let groups of employees be able to change their signatures while prohibit other groups from changing anything but only select which signature to use for each message they send. And the admin should also be able to set different rules for different groups when it comes to messages sent to other domains or the same domain. Some employees have several roles, and they need several signatures to choose from. And all signatures must be visible in the messages they write. Those who are not allowed to change their signature should see a representation of the signature in the message window during authoring the messages, while the ones who may change their signatures can have the actual html signature visible. Modern, pure and CLEAN external HTML files should be used for the signatures.

Please be sure this includes embedding the sig when sending from a mobile device (Exchange and Outlook.com). Because we can't use rich text and embedded images in Outlook for Android, having our sig autoattached is the only way for the proper company logo and signature block to be included when sending from mobile.

Glad to know, maybe in the next decade it will be in development and the next 20 years you might actually make the change... oh you probably wont still be a company by then or at the very least none of these products will be used and there will be way better tools available.
