How can we improve your Desktop Outlook 2016 experience?

Email Signature Sync across devices

It would be great if Outlook sync'd your email signature across multiple devices so that you only have to set or update it once.

if you look at the vote count this one is about triple the next one down on the list 6440 vs 1882 votes. While I doubt this is a simple one to code for Microsoft i think the users have voted that his one is very important to them, including myself.

We usually update signatures for our employees. So, we also need the feature to sync a signature across devices and OWA.

Your concerning is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Many times I used to write the same e-mail, but sometime I write it from work and sometime at home, or I need to write it during the travel. However I have to access to it quickly and sometime I need to change it... not one... but 16 e-mail already wrote. The Signature Sync is an important feature to add in outlook and mobileversion too. The inbox folder is not a great way to do it.

This is a must feature that needs to come to Outlook. The team I support signs into multiple devices and it can be easy to forget to copy and paste a signature for every device. It makes so much sense for something so basic to be setup once and to be forgotten about. Having to go to each device currently to make sure signatures are setup correctly...

Gobsmacked that so many people can request such a basic feature so often and you simply ignore or worse seem unable to implement it.

I just had a problem setting signature in Outlook where the signature button freezes outlook. So I thought no problem, I will set it in Office 365 and sync it back..... then I discover.... wah, what no signature sync between O365 and Outlook 2016. What a GIP... come on Microsoft, this is such basic stuff.

Signature sync is a really basic feature that shouldn't even be requested via a uservoice forum. This should be a part of core functionality.

Not sure, why it takes so long, maybe MS is working on a complex solution? :)

company signature templates visible in Outlook
        synced custom user signatures
        multiple account support
shared across all clients (Outlook, web client, Outlook for iOS and Android)

Considering this was submitted over a year ago, Microsoft must not consider it important because it seems like it wouldn't be that difficult. Please do this!

I can't have the "complex" signature on my iPhone, only plain basic annoying text. I wish I could import the signature from Outlook on Windows. I don't need clients to know if I sent the email on the go or from the office.
Please, sync them across devices, ASAP.

This option would be very useful. Setting up the exact same signatures in multiple places for users is a pain.
