Provide a feature to Customize Account Names for email accounts configured in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Provide a feature to Customize Account Names for email accounts configured in Microsoft Outlook 2016 maintaining case as well as re-arrange their order in navigation pane. similar to Windows 10 Mail app. Also It would be helpful for those who are visual to have the option to change the background color of each mailbox, (Inbox, Sent, and Trash), to avoid confusion when quickly navigating between them.

Please put the ability to list the mail accounts in the navigation back into the Outlook 2016/Office365 interface. We have several shared mailboxes that have very cryptic primary emailaddresses. In the past we used the more userfriendly displayname or the name we entered ourselves during outlook client configuration. This was perfect. What we have now is a downfall.

Please return the ability to provide custom account names and not override them with the primary email address. This worked much nicer before you took it away recently. What prompted this move BTW?

Can't understand why this is not a feature. Seems like managing multiple mailboxes and being able to rename them would be a basic feature??? Please fix this

My Office 365 account is tied to the email address provided by my ISP. Outlook confusingly shows the same email address twice, even though my Outlook.com email address is completely different. Very confusing!

It's ridiculous that this feature is not in anymore! I'm really struggling to keep all my mailboxes organized. Microsoft please do something about this!

This seems to be a very basic request which was so easy to manage in the past - it is totally inelegant to have long truncated email addresses when managing multiple email accounts -

We're going through a re-branding and it's rather frustrating to not have the ability to rename the mailbox.

Seems so obvious that folks would want/need this. I keep running to annoying little issues that make me want to stop using Outlook entirely. Get with it Microsoft!

Shared accounts use the Display Name, but primary accounts dont, they use the email address. Its frustrating why this cannot be changed! On MAC you can make it your Display Name too, but not Windows Outlook 2016+. Its so stupid!

This is a super important feature. My e-mail addresses for work and school start with the same string and cannot easily be distinguished! It is ridiculous that this option is not available. It's these sorts of things that make me prefer Apple, to be honest...

I cant believe they have restricted such a simple thing that makes a big difference in keeping things orderly...
