Enable editing of ad-hoc Contact Group members
Should be able to edit the information for an "ad-hoc" contact group member similar to previous versions.
Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016 uses Contact Cards which results in "ad-hoc" members having to be deleted and re-added to make a change.
I voted and thought it would ask did this help, yes or no. No such option. Bad design - Vote should have options vs. "vote" no other option and it assumes the affirmative. Arrogant design

The option to create a new contact using the context menu should always be available if the contact is not in a contact folder that contains editable contacts.
I prefer calling them shadow contacts… if the shadow contact is in either autocomplete or LinkedIn (if connected in office 365 or outlook.com), you cannot right-click on the address and create a contact in your mailbox - one that is not subject to the whims of the autocomplete list or LinkedIn. The only semi-automated to create a "real" contact in this situation is to use Copy to folder command.
Customer Manager uses the LinkedIn contacts - if you assign a Deal to the contact, then the contact stops syncing (LinkedIn is disabled on its own and contacts are removed from outlook, LinkedIn users delete their account or remove your relationship), the link to any deals is broken and they need to be relinked to a "real" contact.
