I need to write emails in three languages, English, Chinese and Japanese.
But When I swtich the input method, the font will be changed.
Shall we keep it as what I set in "default fonts".
Previously, we are able to set a customized theme as the default when sending an email but the recent Outlook 2016 for some reason did not have that option anymore. In fact, the solution provided from this URL - https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Change-a-theme-and-make-it-the-default-in-Outlook-or-Access-21475188-4ea4-4428-8d94-3f1fc5cddef1 - Is not even relevant anymore. There is no longer a "Set as Default" option.
Please bring this back. This function should be basic across all Office applications.
I believe Apple have a great system by which you can assign certain stationary to each account, which will automatically switch, depending on which account you are using. For example if you had a personal account and a business account the personal account would have different stationary to the business account, and when you are in the personal account, outlook would automatically select the correct stationary for new messages, and visa versa.
