Provide an option to stop email traffic when in a meeting in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Provide an option to stop email traffic(incoming and outgoing emails) when in a meeting in Microsoft Outlook 2016 to avoid distraction in the meeting. It would be great if I could use a checkbox to set an appointment to be ‘quiet time’ for it’s duration.

Please add a "do not disturb" mode, similar to what is available in the android app and in this commercial extension https://www.clearcontext.com/user_guide/do_not_disturb.html
This would help when you need to focus on work (i.e. coding), when you don't want to be distracted by new emails, but need to keep you outlook open because information required for your work is in previously received emails.
I would like for there to be an option to mark certain meetings to have my Skype status be "Do Not Disturb" instead of just "In a Meeting" to reduce the amount of IM's that can pop-up while in a meeting.

no time - snooze email like front
I block time in my calendar to complete specific tasks, but still get interrupted by notifications. It would be great if I could use a checkbox to set an appointment to be 'quiet time' for it's duration.

Provide an easy toggle to "do not disturb" in the home menu.
Enable the Outlook Calendar to silence your phone during a meeting

Button that allows you easily suspend email and calendar pop-up notifications. Sometimes I'm in a meeting or on a call and don't want to be distracted.

Sometimes we want to plan time when anyone does not disturb it. That is why I would like to"plan" skype "do not disturb" status in office calendar by assigning it to appointment in advance.
Going farther it would be great to assign all available Skype statuses to created calendar appointments

I use Cisco WebEx tool for meetings and desktop view sharing. While presenting, the pop-ups from the email arrival alerts are distracting. I can manually turn them off via "options\mail\message arrival\message arrival" before each meeting but it will be good to auto turn off while presenting
