The ability to remove duplicate recipients from To/Cc/Bcc field
Please add a hotkey that will remove duplicates in the To/Cc/Bcc fields.

Example: Someone sends an email to me with a TO of three people. If I type person #1's name/email into BCC, it should remove it from the TO. With three recipients this seems silly, but when you have 50+ addresses on the To and CC lines its really hard to scan and address this

if it can automatically suggest that the id is already incuded in 'To' or 'CC' list that would be better

Check for double entries of addressees in the To/Line to clean up distributions. Sometimes on large distributions, it is easy to mistakenly add the same people multiple times on the address line.

Agreed! I copy and paste multiple overlapping lists all the time, and if the overall count exceeds our organization's maximum, I can't pick "half" the email addresses because some might be in other half, and so end up getting the message twice.
If my email is within an MT group listed in the 'Cc' box, but also listed in any other box, then a duplicate feature would detail what the duplicates are and where they are coming from.
