Add additional Calendars to the To-Do Bar
Add additional Calendars to the To-Do Bar.
Outlook 2016 only allows you to view the events located in your default calendar in your to-do bar. Having a feature to add multiple calendars overlapped in the to-do bar calendar would provide a better understanding of my daily schedule. One particular calendar I'd like to add to the to-do bar viewing is a shared calendar so using only categorize to filter is not a viable option.
Having a feature like this would allow for an easier way to view your schedule at a glance in the to-do bar.

My understanding is that was available up until 2010 and then removed. This is really bad for those of us with several business email addresses, and separate calendars!!!!

I'm considering switching to eM Client, as it has the ability to display events from all calendars, as well as a unified inbox.
It's extremely unhandy to have a to-do list that doesn't actually show everything I have scheduled. -

Recently switched to Windows Outlook from Mac Outlook because of the appeal of various features. Shocked to learn that such a basic option is not available.

PLEASE FIX THIS!!! For the love of God why has this not been addressed? How can a program like Outlook, the MS flagship program, not allowed us to simply have one calendar to view all of our events? How? How long do we have to ask? Come on man.

I have this problem as well, could we please have multiple calendars in To Do bar, I look at this constantly all day to see what I have upcoming, I have multiple calendars, for personal, work, and sometimes client email accounts. Please allow us to view our upcoming appointments!

Is there a way in the view show with regards to the calendar view specifically, to include more then my own calendar events? Perhaps a shared calendar layered like the option if you were looking at the calendar view by itself?

Just to confirm, you want to view the calendar entries from all the calendars in the right side of the window (Calendar To do bar), is that correct?
If yes, we would like to inform you that, the entries of the default calendar only will appear in the Calendar to do bar.

I agree with everyone. My number one problem with Outlook is missing calendar events because my todo bar excludes other calendars. Just add a quick feature to filter in/out all calendars! Seriously! So many people have multiple calendars these days and need the ability to see them all at a glance.

Hello Microsoft - is anyone home???? Since 2016 this has been an issue and has been requested. Since your a subscription service now respond to your subscribers please. PUT OPTIONS BACK IN TO-DO BAR so multiple calendars appointments overlay. This was a feature 13 years ago - lets make it happen people.

I currently have two calendars....one personal and one for my department. Right now Outlook only allows the "To Do" bar to show my personal calendar. It sure would be nice if I could see both of my calendars under the "To Do" bar.

Seeing my manager's calendar is more important than seeing mine. I'm constantly switching back and forth between email and calendar to see his schedule.
