Upon acceptance of invite the reminder should be automatically set to the default reminder selected by the recipient rather than defaulting to 15 minutes.

A button that a meeting organizer can send to remind attendees of the upcoming meeting.
This option is often included with other calendar systems and I find it useful. Nothing wore than getting a 15 minute alert for a meeting that is 1 hour away.

Set a recurring Reminder to happen before the Job is due to happen.
Example:- Set a Reminder to buy a Birthday card for Test each year. This should remind me to go & buy the card say a week beforehand so that I have time to write the card & put it in the mail & it should arrive before 'Test's' birthday.
Task recurrence to be Yearly; 1st Mon of Oct [Go & choose a card, write it & post it} Due date should be Test's Birthday eg 10th Oct. There is no Start date [the day Test was born = 25yrs ago?]; the Due date is the day I should post the card, not the day I buy it, but it comes up as the Reminder date.
I would like to mark it complete only when I have got & sent the card so that it Reminds me next year to do it all again.
Extending this, I wish to use reminders to track jobs at work, but I find that I can't set things up in the right order, as described above.
While I have staff who can look at my calendar, they also have to lok at looks of calendars. It would be useful to email my calendar each Monday morning showing what I am doing that week. You can do this as a one off and set up each time, but if it can be reoccurring/automatic that would be great. Just needs to be something that gets put in the "rule mangement system" maybe?

Addition to meeting invitation:
Send a reminder xx days prior to meeting:
Ex "Remember to send meeting deck to WGR today :)"
Reminder Dialog box don't have a option to made snooze in 3-1 minutes before event
Only a hard coded list is there and it's minimum value is 5 mins,
Click Snooze to be remind in:

When a reminder pops up (asbed on my best guess for a reminder time when i created the appointment or more usually my default setting, I can dismiss it or choose from an arbitrary list of intervals for the reminder to reappear e.g. 5 mins, 4 hours. I want to say "remind me again 20 minutes BEFORE the appointment" not calculate which numbers of minutes and hours that would need to be.

Sorry, I do not get what's different from the existing function within an calendar entry (in German Outlook, it's in edit calendar entry dialouge, ribbon "event", lable "reminder" with a bell icon and a drop down to set e.g. 1 our prior to the meeting).
