Fix Searching Outlook 2016
More than 90% of the time search will not find the mail while the Search text is word for word in the mail. Even worst is the fact that it finds mail that does not contains any words of the search box. Search also exclude additional mail boxes in my case the most

The Smart Lookup service needs to be able to search tracking numbers for tracking information
We confirm that search doesn't work properly and shows irrelevant results.

We are in need to find messages older than 15 year, for example.
Limit of 1,000 doesn't help us.
To search within Outlook 2016 is a quite normal and frequently used user function. So I do nut understand, why it only works in the Table/List view and NOT in the normally used Calender view.
Furthermore this problem exists sice longtime.

When I start searching it always defaults to the current folder as the target (fine - logical) but if i realise that's the wrong search location ( I have 5 e-mail accounts) then Outlook clears the search when i try to select another container for th search. This is incredibly irritating (not to mention plain dumb(). I should be able to select from the pulldown or target a folder without clearing my search criteria.

Search Programs and Files does not include Outlook Content. How can we search for a word or phrase in Outlook??? Add a "search" or "find"
Make Outlook work again. Make the search indexor work. Make Search feature work. Make opening attachments in non-cached mode not FREEZE THE ENTIRE APPLICATION.
LETS MAKE OUTLOOK GREAT AGAIN AND MAKE GOOGLE PAY FOR IT!!!!!

It's simple. The search performance in Outlook has been poor for a few major releases. I don't recall when it used to be good but it used to be very fast. Then search was "improved" and it got worse.
By worse I mean it's slow and inaccurate. Very inaccurate. To get real results I have to switch to All Mailboxes. I'm only looking for mail within my own mailbox so I don't understand this requirement.
