Full support for shared mailboxes/calendars
Shared mailboxes/contacts/calendars should be fully integrated.
The calendar should pop up notifications as well as for new mail in shared inboxes.
When creating a new email, the from address should be easily selected, and shared addresses should auto complete. shared contacts should be fully editable. etc. Also It would be useful to be able to share a birthday calendar.
Also, there should be ability to view shared calendars in iOS native calendar also. Additionally an option to share my calendar with someone who had a gmail account that is out of the network I have on Outlook.
You can't use "Sent on Behalf" when using a Multi-Exchange-Environment.
You have to Grant "Send As" which should be fixed.
We're Using service center Mailboxes with a lot of people accessing the associated one.
For quality assurance we need the "Send on Behalf" feature.
We're adding the service center mailbox and authenticate it with the respective user (The user has "full access and "Send on behalf").
So users can only access the service center mailbox and send in behalf of the service center.
you always get an error with missing permission to send on behalf of that user.
I utilize Other Calendars to have a calendar where I keep track of my employees sick and vacation time. I would like to be able to share this calendar with my supervisor, but it seems I can only share My Calendar.

In Outlook (Exchange) a calender group of my team (which I manage), and my managers team are available (Exchange manager attribute). But unfortunately I cannot add other team managers calendar groups to my Outlook because of the current by design limitation.
However, I like to challenge limitations - especially ”by design” performance and usability limitations.
Therefore I raise this improvement request, because it will make coordination across manager portfolios faster, more easy, flawless, and additionally always up-to-date with organizational changes.
I hope You have a chance to escalate and/or implement improvement suggestions rather than just accepting the as is solution.

Emails are received only in Group Inbox for the emails sent to newly created Group in O365 and not in the actual Inbox. There should be toggle button available for the users to choose if they want to get the emails directed to Group Inbox into their actual Inbox as well.

When an email is sent to a dynamic distribution group, the users in the group are unable to see voting buttons. This works fine with standard distribution groups just not dynamic.
I think there should be a way to make a folder to organize multiple calendars and when you want to create an event you can just select the folder and it will be dispersed to each calendar. This way you don't have to add to each and every calendar. for example if you have multiple brands and you need a calendar for every location for each brand, you should be able to put them into a group but still be able to access each one and be able to add an event to either the whole group or to just one single location.

Outlook Calendar can be used as a great tool to monitor teams' vacation plan. If people are entitled to send invitations to the shared calendar, owner can approve or put the requests as tentative.
We have some group mailboxes and want to set a category color for special mails so that other group members can see the category.
If you perform Reply All to email received in the mailbox which is auto-mapped in Office Outlook, the sender address won’t be included in To line.
This might be a default behavior of Outlook client, but we would like it to include the sender’s address in To line when doing Reply All.
When a user enters an event (like PTO) into a shared calendar, give them the option of copying it to their personal calendar.
I keep my email organized in folders. from my inbox, I left click on a mail item and slide it into the folder. as I do so, I hover over a group of them and it opens so I can slide down and leave it in the folder I want. However, I can't close a group in this process and this leaves a lot of folders open. I'd like to be able to close the ones I no longer need with this hover process rather than having to go back and click them shut. Thanks for listening. Kind regards Sheila

It would be great if you could share a complete calendar. It would be a great tool for work between boss and secretary.

I have a few shared inboxes, and when I click into them and use Search, Outlook decides to search my normal inbox by default and not just that shared inbox I clicked into, unless I change the search settings each time. Would be good to just search the particular inbox that I have selected
Add a "date created" for all calendar entries on shared calendars. Useful for groups picking vacation and who requested first.

Very important for maintaining good tracking and auditing process is to figure out a way to track the actions of all users that have access to a shared mailbox (at least when they change a category) and these actions should be visible to all other users with access (and certain rights) - e.g. in a separate column or by any other means. E.g. if user1, user2 and user3 have full permission to a certain shared mailbox, each time user3 changes a category of a message user1 and user2 should see in some way that user1 did the last change of category of a certain message.
The ability to grant an external user has edit permission on a Shared Calendar.
By default if you have Full Access permissions to a shared mailbox, the mailbox automapps to your Outlook profile, along with the contact listing among other folders. When sending an email from the shared account, it would be nice to be able to use the contact listing from the shared account, without having to manage the contact records or groups in both your Outlook contacts and in the shared mailbox contacts.
When using Search Folders, Custom Search Folder, allow for Shared Mailboxes to share this feature. Currently, When I click on Custom Search Folder within a Shared Mailbox it only allows me to select my personal email
