I have a problem with the size of the letter in mail, it is very small despite having configured the letter CALIBRI and size 14. It comes theoretically in this typeface and format but very small.
Please how could I fix it.
Thank you so much,
Outlook lets you slide the zoom setting or ctrl-scroll to increase the font size in the reading pane. But who wants to do that 100 times a day? No one! Therefore, we need a setting to PERMANENTLY set the font family and size in the reading pane. I only have a 2560x1440 monitor (semi-high-res), and the font is much too small. I can't imagine how bad it would be on a 4K monitor. It's possible to permanently increase the font family/size in the message list, but not the reading pane. Please make it consistent throughout Outlook - provide options for controlling the font family and size everywhere, in every pane. Thank you.

Could you please give us the choice of choosing our font in the tool bars and folders... If you do have this feature, I cannot find how to do it. I cannot even use the " Ctrl + " option t make it bigger.
Give users the ability to change the viewed icon size for mail attachments, both of incoming and out going mail.
They are just too big .
(Admittedly they are great for those people who have eyesight problems.....)
Outlook should have a way to change the font settings for incoming emails.

When replying to emails with incremental comments in large bodies of color coded text, it is difficult to view the newly added comments. It would be great if there was a feature to fade-out all previous text in the body without changing all the colors. This way the newly added text in the body is quickly identifiable.

I am enlarging font on the outlook reader pane but am unable to increase the font size in the Folder pane. This is difficult for those who need magnification.
To be able to use bold always. It is on a sometime basis. Why??
Option that automatically increase font size on incoming e-mail, you don't need to change the type or colour, just increase the size for people who can't see small or 12p font. Thank you
If a folder directory has 3 levels, use three different folder fonts to make it easy to see what level you are viewing. Beats trying to guess what level you are at when you have hundreds of folders.
On email, have a warning (before you send) that you have mixed fonts or have an option that automatically changes the font to the original font used. This would be helpful when cutting and pasting stuff from other documents into you email and the fonts are close enough you don't initially realize they are different this until later and you can see what was pasted into the email.
The Vewing Options in the new outllook mail are very challenging to see. The fonts are faint and alsmot broken. My last outlook had a grey box with white font to much easier separate the inbox, outbox, files, etc... from the received emails and subjects. Overall these new view windows are made for young people with awesome eyes. I don't wear/need glasses yet and I am still struggling to see this the inbox portion of the screen and the center option where emails display are really jumbled up and and the different colors as opposed to different hues makes it hard to look at.

Please provide a means of changing the default font used (Calibri) when replying to emails.
Increase Font sizes & bold it for older people and/or people with low vision

When we select email addresses it highlights as pale blue / sky blue which is not clearly visible. would help if it highlights in more visible color like yellow/green.
Allow the user to set the default font and font size for the reading pane. I can zoom in on a specific message but when I go to the next message the reading pane reverts back to the smaller font and I have to zoom in again.
When you send an attachment from e.g. Excel to Outlook, (not the other way around), for your stationary of the mail to stay the same as if you would start a new mail.
If this already exist please let me know how to set this us.
There is too much other information on meeting requests to be seen clearly. There is the date/time the invite was sent (same font and weight as proposed time/date). There's even the date and time of when you've accepted the meeting (if it is a reschedule or confirmation). There is the timezone of the meeting. There all all the other people cc/ed on the request. There is meeting location. While showing your schedule for the day of the request is helpful, it doesn't help me determine the date. I can see who sent me the request, and I can see what the title of the meeting is, now I need to be able to see better WHEN the request is for. There is no way to customize the view or the layout to enable this.

As of today's update in Office365 outlook, font of the description of meetings inside scheduling assistant is much larger than before, which makes it impossible to read the name of the meeting.
Please add a feature to change the font size for the name of the meeting when looking at the assistant scheduling screen!

It would be good if I could quickly increase the font size of any email that has landed in my inbox. Thank you.
