Provide an option to Integrate Skype directly into Microsoft Outlook 2016
Provide an option to integrate Skype directly into Microsoft Outlook 2016. In addition a separate tab for Skype to show Tasks as well as see email conversations related to people you are chatting would be beneficial. If it is possible to get the group chats included in the folders section of your mail and have it flash when someone writes a new message.
Chat at least with your current contacts instead of email back and forth sort of like GMAIL has "Hangout"

We need to make things easy and accessible. Most "GotoMeeting" calls or "Skype" started with emails between customers clients team members etc. Make it easy to set it up right there in outlook. At present i don't even know how to have a video call with clients, customers, collaboraters (all outside organization) people???

It will be very helpful and easy for us if we can directly scan, Edit and attach to mails using Outlook instead of using other software's It can reduce the time consumption
Enable chat facility to any outlook users in the contact list having outlook or MSN account. and also transfer files between them.

I wanted to throw an option out to you guy's about the minture window that pops up for a video conference meeting in Skype. It would be nice to see an option to auto reply with some smug comment, or an option to at least "IM" them in response

Please add the feature such as online/offline/busy next to mail id, if that contact is online/offline/busy in Skype. This will reduce time to check whether the person is in online or offline in Skype.
This feature is already present in outlook, which shows online if the person is online in jabber.
Integrate a chat feature into outlook for quick messaging between other people within an office.

Functionality regression: the Lync integration popups which show the contact card, the Lync status now shows less information. In particular, it used to show "idle for 5 mintues" etc, but not it does not. This information is still present, but you need to spring the card open to see it.
Suggestion: please could you find somewhere to show it on the main card?
Have the ability to chat between office and person in-house from outlook
Yes, agree totally with Karl's comment. We want some kind of internal chat service (ideally within Outlook, Yammer is such a hassle, and we want to be able to search Outlook and not multiple places for relevant info) to cut down on internal emails.
Generally, support instant-messaging like communication within Outlook.
The reason for this are the archiving, indexing and searching features of Outlook!
When you are at it: Think about supporting WhatsApp as well.
