Option to export and import email accounts and account settings in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Option to export and import email accounts and settings including Server details and advanced settings to a file from Microsoft Outlook 2016.
In Microsoft Outlook 2016 it would be beneficial if we are provided with an ability to export individual email account settings including name, email address, server information for incoming and outgoing, username, password and the advanced settings to a file so we can take a backup and use the same file in re-configuring the email account when troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Outlook 2016. All that needs to be added is the email account password to complete the process.
Add the ability to copy the email settings (servers, port, authentication method, etc) from existing email address to a new one being added. All that's needed is to enter new address name and password.
I have 40+ imap accounts that need to be available on multiple Clients. i need to input all of them by hand for every client as there is no option to either use a script or to import them after inputing them in one PC and exporting them from there.
Add option to export accounts to device, cloud or send via email.
This option would make it easier to add accounts on new/other device.
This option would make it easier to add the accounts again after app reinstall.

It would be great if every domain users could be find Outlook already configured with their email settings at the first logon (Personal Password apart) without using Exchange services. I didn't find any way to auto configure users' mail profiles automatically. It seems that the only way is to open Outlook and configure settings manually.

Esportazione profilo (incluse le configurazioni degli account di terze parti)
Profile export (including third-party account configurations)
Possibilità di esportare il profilo completo, incluse le configurazioni degli account di terze parti, per evitare, in caso di sostituzione di pc, ad esempio, di dover configurare tutto ex novo
Possibility to export the complete profile, including the configurations of third-party accounts, to avoid, in the case of PC replacement, for example, having to configure everything from scratch
Wouldn't it be amazing, in the brave new world of Office 365, cloud hosted, etc, if our settings for Outlook would persist when we moved to a new PC.
Imagine if you could upgrade your laptop without having to find and tweak all the settings so replies opened in new windows, focused inbox appeared, and email signatures were available. I guess that would mean storing my settings on Office 365, just like Microsoft's competitors do to make their products easier to use...

I was a Windows Mail user, and as many other users I think it would be great if there were a simple way to import my accounts (3 accounts) from my previous email tool, so I don't need to configure all my accounts again.
Please add an export/import or sync function for Windows 10 user of all e-mail accounts and signatures entered into Outlook (2016 / 365 / Mobile / Mail in Win10...). Now I must reenter and set again each one when I reinstall PC, change mobile/tablet or bought a new device and for 20+ e-mail accounts (Office 365, Outlook / Hotmail, Gmail and other IMAP, POP3+SMTP) it is very laborious.
There needs to be an "Export everything" for all of MS Office. Export settings, views, spelling dictionaries, MRUs, everything.
Either that or save all the settings etc. on Onedrive, with a few earlier versions of settings saved. (To enable going back a couple of weeks if changes mess things up to much.)

Need to sync account settings in Outlook for Windows 10 with Micrsoft account. User just need to login to Microsoft account and do nothing with adding their accounts, the app will sync the settings.

YES Please! This used to be a feature in all previous versions of Outlook, upto about V2010 I believe... Why did you remove this very worthwhile capability from users?
