Option to set Multiple Reminders for a calendar Item in Microsoft Outlook 2016.
Option to allow calendar items to have multiple reminders in Outlook 2016. As an example, it would be great to be able to set one reminder for two days before and another for one hour before. Also setting multiple reminders and in increment of 5 minutes interval would be an added benefit. Also an option to allow reminders to be changed when right clicking appointments in Outlook calendar.
Also as for the agenda, provide an option to set a different ringtone / alarm clock from the default one.
Please Microsoft!! How is this NOT a thing yet?! Thanks!
Google has had this feature for years - about time Outlook caught up! :)

This will really be a fantastic feature-addition if Microsoft do incorporate it into Outlook. This thread shows that many users are looking forward to it. Fingers crossed.
Please add this feature. Extremely handy and helpful reminder for meetings and appointments and also for tasks

I've been working with Google's calendar for a long time, so I miss the feature that you can add multiple reminders.

Outlook calendar reminder has pre-defined times 30 min., 1 hour to 1 week etc. but these options hasn't suits my daily usage. I need every time specific time delays 27 minutes, 1 hour 10 minutes or at a user defined time may suits my daily bussines plan.
Thanks in Advance,

I have a tendency to miss meetings that are outside my usual work day (8-4). I can miss a meeting at 5pm because I leave at 4 and don't see that it is there (default 15 min reminder is at 4:45), so I would like a reminder for meetings outside my normal work day.
In other words, if a meeting is after my work day end (4pm), remind me 15 minutes before 4pm, regardless of meeting time.
If meeting is before my work day (like early in the morning), remind me 15 minutes before the end of the __previous__ day so I can remember to be in to work early.
I don't mind setting these up manually, but it is a hassle when I have scheduled the meeting, because I have to send out the invite and then modify the reminder time _only_ on my calendar. Would be nice then to have multiple reminders (and not visible to meeting invitees).
Sometimes I want a reminder to prepare an hour before a meeting, and then another reminder 3 minutes before, so I can join a webex or walk to the meeting room.
Also, can we have a user-configurable default snooze time? Like 3 minutes instead of 5? Maybe remember the last, manually entered time. Also, a snooze time without a unit should not default to hours. Should be minutes before meeting (and not minutes from now). How do you set the snooze to 3 minutes before? Don't think it's possible (defaults to minutes from now).

While I don't know how to write code, I can't imagine this to be a difficult thing to add. The only reason why I use Outlook is because more colleagues use it. Otherwise it would be google 100%
like Google Calendar

Needs to be an Option. Microsoft Please Fix This.

Setting Multiple Reminders needs to be an option!
The longest you can set the Outlook calendar reminder is 2 week.s This needs to be longer.
My company has to work around this all the time. When people subscribe to an event we need to alert them sometimes a week prior and also the day of the event. Its really strange how this is not out of the box.
It is absolutely absurd and unacceptable that Microsoft has not implemented this BASIC feature, which has been requested for YEARS.
Microsoft - what on earth are you working on that is more important? Why has no one from Product Management ever even acknowledged this request?
It's time for us users to escalate this issue as publicly as possible on social media and in the industry press. I think the only way to get action is to cause as much public embarrassment to Microsoft as possible.
Gmail has had this feature for ages, now I;m migrating my stuff to Office 365 and I cannot set up reminders as I feel like having multiple reminders.
This is standard in many other Calendar apps its about time outlook did the same.
This is crazy; it would be such a useful feature to have and very easy to implement.
I have 4 reminders set as a default for my future google appointments - I have to create copies of all my outlook appointments in my Google calendar just so I get this feature.
I grabbed an app for my phone, which beeps at 25 past and 55 past (5 minutes to). Most of my meetings are 30 mins or 1 hour, and these beeps ensure I'm aware I either have 5 minutes to get to the meeting or 5 minutes after the meeting. Yes, it means my phone beeps all day long.
The thing to consider with multiple reminders is you may not be at your desk or in front of your desktop computer, and so the functionality needs to also be in our mobile devices (phones/tablets) to really get the benefit.

Does anyone know if you can set a reminder 5 minutes before a meeting is going to finish? The purpose of this is so we can keep meetings on time and recap on actions before the end of the session.
