Option to set Multiple Reminders for a calendar Item in Microsoft Outlook 2016.
Option to allow calendar items to have multiple reminders in Outlook 2016. As an example, it would be great to be able to set one reminder for two days before and another for one hour before. Also setting multiple reminders and in increment of 5 minutes interval would be an added benefit. Also an option to allow reminders to be changed when right clicking appointments in Outlook calendar.
Also as for the agenda, provide an option to set a different ringtone / alarm clock from the default one.
This would be so helpful. The problem is with long reminders, there's no way to change them so they trigger sooner to the meeting. The only way is to delay them, which is very annoying to do.
E.g. I have a reminder that triggers a week before the event. I want to then be reminded 2 days before. There's currently no way to do that.

Desperately needed feature. Without it, Outlook's calendar is virtually useless.

Done. The new ability is now available in outlook.

I have had a very hard time with moving my boss from G-Suite to Office 365, mostly due to calendar synchronizing issues and options not available with Outlook. Either his G-Suite or his phone calendar allows multiple reminders for each appointment, and he wants them. I'm embarassed that Outlook doesn't allow it. Please fix this!
It would be nice to be able to set multiple reminders for calendar items in outlook 365.this feature was available with our 2013 version but is gone in the new 365.
Allow for multiple reminders to be set for a single calendar event. i would like to be able to set a reminder for 2 weeks then for a couple days.
I would like to organize my appointments on Outlook instead of Google. But I need multiple reminders and the absence of this feature takes the reason away to use Outlook.

adding additional alarm notifications ex. 1 day AND 1 Hour …...currently you can only do one at a time.
Some future meetings require multiple reminders, especially since the calendar is synchronized with the phone so they won't be missed. This is a really simply feature but very important. Please implement.
Multiple reminders for a single event should be a BASIC feature.

I need as many remiders about an upcoming meeting as possible. Please let us have the option for multipe reminders for the same calandar appointment
Hey, Microsoft - are you +LISTENING+ to your user's voices? Please forego all the unnecesaary extra BS that you contine to add to Outlook until such time that you've added the basics.
Huge drawback not to have it. Even if there was a suggested work around . The only thing I know to do is to go into Tasks (a terrible app) and set something up there. Very cumbersome. I always go back to Google Calendar for 2nd notices to back up Outlook. What a pain.

In previous Outlook versions was possible to select multiple reminders at the same time and open all the events, but now, by selecting multiple reminders and pressing enter, opens only the first one selected: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/can-no-longer-open-multiple-calendar-reminders/c640657a-57d7-4b9a-bf7a-9f6bc1533cce. Would be great to be able to open all the events selecting multiple reminders. I found a workaround, if i press Ctrl and select multiple events and then press enter, opens all the events but was more user friendly to open them from the reminders.
This is needed. I really liked Outlook until I couldn't figure out how to set multiple reminders for some events. Was shocked to find that it is impossible. This is a really basic function that all of their competitors have had for almost a decade.
