Option to re-size the attendees pane in the Schedule View in Microsoft Outlook 2016 and switch back from Attendees view to Scheduler view
An option to re-size the attendees pane in the scheduling view to
Names and e-mails from getting cutoff, especially for external attendees. Also an option to be able to Drag the Left Pane to the right to make it larger would be beneficial.
Thank you for the suggestion! As some people have already noticed in comments, this has been fixed in newer versions of Outlook 365.
The fix is already available in the latest versions of Outlook for both Monthly and Semi-Annual update channels.

I'm using Outlook 2016 and this CAN be done. You can drag the attendees column to make it take up half or more of the screen. So unless I am missing something, this can be done already. If I could attach images, I'd show that this can be done. I just submitted a NEW enhancement idea that has been merged with this incorrectly identified idea as I'd like to see that divider be able to go smaller to reduce the significant WHITE SPACE I always see.
needs to be fixed asap - very easy and needed feature! strange that it is not set by default

inexcusable BUG ! Microsoft need to fix
Attendee list pane should be adjustable (just about like every other bloody window in "windows" and office etc).
How about the ability to just hold and drag the bar that splits the attendees on the left from the other details on the right? The "bar" to drag already exists - just make it so I can drag it!!!
I see that this option is available in Outlook 20116 version 1808. Cheers !
I would like to be able to set the coulmn width of the Attendee's list in the schedunling asisstant flexibly to reveal full names of people and rooms. Longer room names are truncatred by the fixed, rather narrow sidebar and I have to hover with the mouse pointer on each single room ( roughly 50 rooms(!)) to identify the correct room. A very cumbersome task when scheduling meetings.

Please fix this already. No distiguishing part of conference room names is visible in this list in *any* of the organisations I work for. Having to hoover each and every one of maybe 25 rooms from a list is painfully inefficient, and makes scheduling meetings more of an anger management test than a routine administrative task. And yeah, usually only half of peoples names show also. Come on.
Please update this. We have just received a request from a user. Our room names are around 24 characters long and not being able to resize/scroll the list makes this screen very difficult to use.
We should be able to either resize the window using a control handle or have a scrollbar at the bottom to allow us to scroll the content (or both :))

When I am not the organizer, I am unable to quickly see who is invited to an event. I have to either 1) Reply All or 2) open the Schedule View. It would be helpful to have the attendees listed in the a To field on a detail view, and in the preview pop-up.

YEES.... Every other window view in Outlook is scalable but not just that participant window..
very much agree with this. List width is fixed at around 30 characters, our conference room names include descriptions and can go out to 100 characters and include info at the end of name indicating room size and A/V capabilities. I would like to be able to expand that list width to see ful details. Hovering over each name to get those details is cumbersome.
When used for meeting room booking, the width of the attendee column is too small to read the whole names. Even worse, the width is not adjustable. This is unreasonable and shall be improved with high priority.

"All Attendees" column is not resizable, so it is extremely hard to read long names (e.g. when adding a meeting room).

When I use the scheduling assistant to pick a room, the attendee name column isn't wide enough to see the whole room name, which often hides important details like private. It should be possible to drag the column dividers in this view to expand the space for the attendee name
