Delivery and Read receipt option in Outlook 2016 for Mac as well as Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Windows
Provide an option to request Delivery and Read receipt option in Outlook 2016 for MAC as well as Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Windows. Also, there should be delivery and read receipt option in Outlook 2016 for read encrypted emails. Also an option to select Yes or No for a read receipt would be beneficial rather than default option of 'YES'.

Give an option to default to NO for sending a read receipts.
I usually say NO to sending receipt but occasionally want the option to send one.

I used to have an option for a "delivered" or a "read" receipt when I sent an email. It was there all the time. No longer. I do miss it. I receive it with some of my incoming mail and it is precious. Could you please restore it? Regine.

So I have seen that sender cannot come to know that whether the sender seen your email there is tick mark so that sender come to know that.Please add these feature for the next release.

Is there a way that I can activate this option on the 2016 version of Outlook on a Toshiba laptop? I have sent important emails, and it's quite urgent to know if it has gone through and if they read it?

Eagerly awaited MS Office 2016 in the hope that lots of functions available in the Windows version would at last be available to Mac users, including the ability to get read receipts for important emails. Disappointed again. Apparently developers read this forum.......
