Plugin to remove duplicate emails from Outlook 2016
It would be nice for Outlook 2016 to have a plugin/addin to remove duplicate emails.
I can't delete duplicate emails by some function. In MSO i download ODIR and that all.

While sending email to multiple email ids, it would be a good if Outlook can suggest to remove the duplicate email ids that are mentioed in the "To" or "CC" section of the email. This will help in maintaining the "To" section if there are more than 20-30 email ids that the email is addressed to.

Eu por exemplo tenho inúmeros e-mails duplicados e se for seguir a orientação da Microsoft é muito trabalho. Este recurso deveria fazer uma varredura das pastas e avaliar quais as mensagens são idênticas e sugerir a exclusão.
Outlook should have a tool, feature, or the like that allows you to mass delete duplicate emails. I for example have a lot of duplicate emails and if following Microsoft's guidance is a lot of work. This feature should scan folders and evaluate which messages are identical and suggest deletion.

When sending multiple emails with the same message to different addresses at different times, there should be a way to easily duplicate and save draft emails. I currently must create a new email, enter the subject line on each one manually, then paste my message into the body and save the email draft into a folder I created for them. I have to go through this process dozens of times as there is no way to efficiently duplicate a draft email.

We came across with an issue where we have multiple . PST file in which their are duplicate email and we are trying to remove the duplicate emails form those PST file and we tried to import the PST from outlook by removing the duplicate items (that created a new issue as email were not going into sent items due to large PST file)
So Microsoft Team tried to remove the duplicate items from addin name called kutools that also did not as it was taking time to find the duplicate email.
Please confirm if you have any other solution apart form that.As we checked with Microsoft team and they do not have any other solution.

This may help some: I sometimes get recurring duplicate inbox downloads, for some or all of my inbox. These new emails will all show as unread, whereas the originals will of course be read. In my case 000's of emails. I have not found a tool to help, running a Mac Office 365. However, I have used this solution for de-duplicate windows and Macs. This fix does not address why it happens, just the de-duplication. I am not an technician, proceed with care.
Here is what I do:
1. If your email settings option is "Leave Emails on Server" then turn this off. (Temporary until you finish the de-duplication process below.)
1.b - I also set my settings at this point to "Download Headers only" in case there is a new flood of duplicates and therefore only headers will come through.
Try not to press Send Receive during the below process, until specified. I sometimes disable my wifi so no synching takes place until finished.
2. Sort the inbox by unread mail. Make sure you have "read" your current new emails first and thus are only left with the "duplicates" in bold.
2.b. Delete all the relevant bold messages but delete only a few hunded at a time if you have masses. Of course you need to stop deleting when you reach the read, not in bold emails. (You can try to do all emails, but usually I found a synch issue and they all came flooding back. I sugget start with a small sample to see if it works.
3. You now have to delete the duplicates from your trash can. This is why you turned off "keep on server" so that when it synchs, it does not remove your "original" emails.
4. Once deleted, from Trash can, turn on wifi, press send receive, and see if it synchs properly. Sometimes it may resend the emails through again, so you have to repeat the process. For this reason, I keep the deleted amount of emails to bite size amounts of a few hundred.
5. One of the issues which may cause duplicates is to press send/receive to often. Therefore I usually wait for 10 mins for the server to stabalise and recalibrate, then do another send receive to check the emails do not come back.
6. If this works, then I repeat from Step 2b.
7. Once complete and you have de-duplicated all emails, restore your mail settings to "Leave on Server" (if you used this option) and reset your emails by date/conversation etc. Please note that some uses report that using Leave on Server may be the isssue causing duplicates for them. I have used it as a default for years, I only get the duplicate issues once/twice a year so discount this in my case.
This all works for me, but does not always solve the problem which usually originates when I travel extensively or synch too many time across multple devices.

Buy an new "PC" with Office-365 (not that other software brand)
Open Outlook 2016, Import my current (POP) PST... and now Outlook DUPLICATES THE ENTIRE CONTENTS OF THE MAIL SERVER within Outlook. There are thousands of duplicate emails!
The current tool: "Clean Up Conversations" will delete ALL "redundant conversations" and I ONLY want to delete exact duplicate emails.
WE should not have to buy a 3rd Party Dup Remover. Hey! this IS OUTLOOK, its for emails, duplicates should not happen in the first place, but if do, please provide a plugin. I will buy it from Microsoft to insure the quality and integrity of my inbox.

I receive at least 3+ duplicates a day. This seems to be a long time issue with Outlook with no resolution. If you receive large volumes of emails, it can be overwhelming to go through each one of what "appears" to be duplicated to be sure you do not delete those that may not be an exact copy.

I had been forwarding emails from another email account to outlook for sometime and keeping an original copy on the sending account. Now that I have removed the forwarding and combined them into one In ox via IMAP, I’m left with thousands of duplicate emails which can only be deleted one at a time. A duplicate email removal tool would be very beneficial.

THESE DUPLICAT EMAISL SHOULD BE DELETED AS PART OF THE CLEAN UP FOLDER PROCESS!!
THIS IS A HUGE FLAW IN THE PROGRAM AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION PLEASE!!

Please make it possible (with a plugin or whatever) to Show the charms known form outllok.com or from the Outlook mobile app in Outllok 2016.

I would like to be able to Change the charms of my calendar items and Task items. One can do it online via Outllok.com but not in the Outlook app for mobile phones and not in Microsoft Office 2016.
Please add that feature.
One should be able to do everything one can do via Outlook.com via Microsoft Office 2016 and the mobile app too.
