Schedule email and Calendar Appointment in Inbox and Calendar like on iPhone Outlook app!
Add the ability to schedule/archive emails like you can in the wonderful Outlook for iPhone app! Swiping two fingers to the right or left on the email to archive or schedule wonder be amazing! It should include this feature in Drafts as well.
You can swipe to the side and "Schedule" an email in the Inbox to go to a Scheduled folder until the time that you have it scheduled for when it shows up again in your Inbox at the time that you need to deal with it!
This is THE KILLER feature that would put Outlook far above all the rest!

@Adam Lein this is not 100% the same as the very simple mobile solution. After 'flag for follow up' you have to move the message. The reminder will appear in your calendar, but the message will not re-appear in your inbox on the set date and time.

Once again, this is a feature that is awesome in the Outlook Mobile app and needs to be added to the Outlook Desktop App ASAP. Huge productivity gains!

We already have this feature. It's called "Flag for Follow Up" and you can specify reminders for when you want to see the email again. It even goes directly into the Outlook To Do's section so you can easily reference all of your scheduled emails. Really what we need is for the mobile version of Outlook to correctly support flagged emails with notifications!!! Mobile Outlook's "Schedule" command SHOULD add a flag with reminder that syncs with Outlook 2016 & Exchange, but it doesn't.

Have you seen Newton email? Great app. It is not Outlook, but at least you can schedule emails for later review across devices. Would be great to have the features of the iOS and Android Outlook app brought to PC and Mac for a cohesive experience.

Nope, does not work on my mac. If flag a message to follow up on it just gets the flag, but it stays in the inbox....
So yeah! bring scheduling to the desktop apps as well!

Can somebody help me with, how to check for when I scheduled some taks? Before holiday I scheduled some taks and now thay are in Scheduled folder but how can I know when it will pop up again in my Inbox?

On the desktop client if you set something for follow-up it should move to your scheduled folder, just like it does on your phone.
Also the terminology is confusing (schedule one place, flag/follow-up in other)

Thanks for this thread, I spent an hour searching for this feature in my Desktop Outlook. Even the ms online documentation does not mention that this is a mobile only feature. Need it!

I'm honestly stunned this feature is deployed on mobile yet nowhere to be found on desktop. WTF?

Wondering why Microsoft is still not implementing Inbox Zero in Outlook Desktop! This is the minimum expectation today!

Yes, very much required. It leaves Microsoft Outlook miles behind the rest.

How is this feature deployed to mobile without being available on desktops?

Why the heck isn't this a feature on the mac version yet? Yet another thing making me consider moving my business away from using Microsoft entirely.

Why it is taking that long to add mobile feature to Mac version...

It's a daily frustration for me to remember what i can do in each of outlook ios mobile, online, and in deskktop 2016. If only MS could bring consistency to the platforms (and don't even get me started about the same issue with onenote. MS is great at identifying great features, but inconsistency makes my day very painful.
