Schedule email and Calendar Appointment in Inbox and Calendar like on iPhone Outlook app!
Add the ability to schedule/archive emails like you can in the wonderful Outlook for iPhone app! Swiping two fingers to the right or left on the email to archive or schedule wonder be amazing! It should include this feature in Drafts as well.
You can swipe to the side and "Schedule" an email in the Inbox to go to a Scheduled folder until the time that you have it scheduled for when it shows up again in your Inbox at the time that you need to deal with it!
This is THE KILLER feature that would put Outlook far above all the rest!
Ability to schedule the sending of an email
The "Send Later" button in the Mac version of Outlook is the best feature I've ever had in an email service. If you're like me, you have to set more reminders than is humanly possible to keep track of every single day and it's better if those reminders come back to you at strategic times.
With improved integration of the email scheduling feature on Windows and making it mimic what Mac OS users have, the experience can be greatly improved, especially for those of us with heavy multitasking volumes.
set up emails to be sent out at a particular time in the future- For example have an email ready to be sent out at 08:00 am in the morning the next da
Send all mail at a pre-defined time every day, e.g. 17.00 PM. At the moment, it is only possible to delay of x minutes every mail, or to deactivate the "automatic send", or to fix this delay delivery for every mail manually. It would also be nice if we could manually send one mail earlier than the pre-defined time if needed

When sending an email to someone would be great to have options on the send icon/button to schedule for later just like on mac computer it would make life alot easier.
Ability to schedule messages to jump up back on Inbox next week, tomorrow, tonight... like Outlook mobile

I'd like to send notifications by specified the time when I created new schedule items on Outlook Client.
(Similar features to "Do not deliver before" option)
It would be great if it was possible to send emails on a specific date (that is possible) and have a feature repeat it once in a time (to send it in a cycle repetitively i.e. once in a week, every 10 days till the expiry date). It would help me to remind the recipient of the message to do the task, make an action, without me remembering about sending reminders.
Fajnie by było gdyby outlook miał opcję cyklicznego wysyłania wiadomości, np.: co tydzień do określonej daty
Time Scheduled Emails? How can we set a pre filled email to be sent a pacific time?
I need the power to schedule mails (easily) and the power to schedule replies.

I would like to be able to schedule a time that I want to send an email. For example: I type an email on Saturday and hit send on Monday 8:00am (or any other time), instead of having to save it to my drafts then have to remember to send that email Monday morning. That way I'm able to be done with that task and not have to come back to it.
Provide scheduled, delayed email

I also vote for this feature. It would make my life infinitely easier.
For example, I need to send same mail to one of team in my organization on 1st of each month. Mail contains same subject, same recipient list, same body message. Every time I have to copy and paste the mail manually, it would be better if there is easy option to schedule mails only once and it gets trigger automatically on 1st of each month.

Where you can select the date and time you want your email to be sent at, without having to manually do it.
Write your email from anywhere in the world at any time, but schedule it to be sent on whichever date you choose at whatever time you choose. You will not be required to manually log back in to send the email at the designated time.
This is especially convenient for those who travel and/or work at odd hours. From a business perspective, I don't want to be sending a client and email at 1am even though I am writing the email at that time. I would like to write out the entire email at 1am, add whatever attachments I need to it then schedule it to be sent the next day or three days later or whenever at 9am.
Gmail has this feature.
I've just moved back to Outlook (love the update from a few days ago!) but the biggest thing I am missing from using Gmail is the Snooze feature. In Outlook, the Flagging for Follow up and reminder may be what MS originally thought could meet this need, however when you are receiving significant emails every day, having an email from a day, a week, a month or even a year ago pop back up to the top of my Inbox at the top I want it to would be the ultimate feature. Please consider this. Thanks.

When I Snooze an email in the Android Outlook app, it lets me pick what time it will appear again in my Inbox. This is a great feature when seeing emails on my phone at night that I want to make sure I address in the morning at my computer. I would also like to have this Snooze feature in Outlook Desktop.
One thing I have noticed is that messages I Snooze in the mobile app appear in a folder named 'Scheduled' in Outlook Desktop. I tried to discover the attributes of those messages to see if I could figure out what mechanism they are using to "deliver" to my inbox later. My hope was if I could figure out the attributes I could replicate that with a VBA macro and add my own Snooze feature to Outlook Desktop. Any ideas?
Ex. Draft email at 7:00am, but set the email to be sent at 9:00am when my coworker
Best feature of the iOS app - please make it consistent with the desktop versions.
