  1. Save attachment to weblocation, onedrive (as used in Word 2016)

Please add the option to save an attachment from outlook to onedrive. This should be similar to the option in Word 2016, where you can save to weblocations / onedrive.

  2. Bug 2016 Outlook Filter by attachment

Solve the bug of emails filter for "attachment"
the screenshot are available in this answer http://answers.microsoft.com/it-it/msoffice/forum/msoffice_outlook-mso_winother/outlook-2016-home-and-business-filtri-ricerca/5bc4d0c5-1580-42f5-b8af-9d3faf7d8ce3

The bug is there ... at least in the italian version of Outlook2016 , when click on filter for"attachment" doesnt appear in the textbox the result for "true" or "false" (vero/falso in italian) but appear another thing and so it's impossible to search the email with attachment if not by clicking on the button on the toolbar , but that button filters only the email WITH and not withOUT , i hope you will answer or let meknow if someone read this problem

  3. Putting a Folder Between Two Other Folders; Rearranging Folders Non-Alphabetically; Ability to Make a Sub-Folder into a Main Folder

I have three suggestions that should be implemented on Outlook ASAP.

First, there absolutely needs to be a way to insert a new folder, or move a current folder in between two other folders without causing it to become a sub-folder. It's mind-boggling that this has not been done yet.

Second, there should be a way to rearrange all of one's folders (or sub-folders within a folder) in more ways than just alphabetically. (Chronologically, by size, by priority shown via rankings, etc.)

Third, there should be some way for sub-folders to be dragged out and made back into their own…

This issue is fixed in the latest Current Channel builds. (Ref bug 628461). You can check the builds on this page, https://technet.microsoft.com/library/mt592918.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396. For users on Deferred Channel the fix should release in the major February 2017 update. If you need the fix immediately you can switch to Current Channel, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3185078. Admins can switch channels in the portal admin settings at http://portal.office.com.

  5. Alarm when writing 'see attached' but forget to attach

When sending someone an email writing 'see attached for..', it sometimes happens you forget to actually attach. I need an alarm when I send my mail that says ''We see you're writing 'see attached' but there is no attachement. Do you still want to send your email?''. Just as you get an alarm when you send someone an email without a subject.

  6. do not allow meetings to be fowarded option

If you only intend for certain people to be invited to a meeting, have a box to check for the meeting organizer that stipulates "Do not allow meeting to be forwarded."

    Thank you for your feedback!

Meeting organizers can now prevent attendees from forwarding their meetings. This has been released for Office 365 customers as of Version 1808: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/monthly-channel-2018#version-1808-september-5

I’m marking this suggestion as completed. Please keep voting and adding comments to improvements you’d like to see in Outlook; we use user feedback from this forum to help us prioritize our week!

  7. In Outlook Calendar, when I click INVITE in the top ribbon, the cursor should automatically go to the TO line and it does not.
