Forward\Reply\Reply All with attachments included in Microsoft Outlook 2016
In Microsoft Outlook 2016, when we forward\reply\reply all to the email with attachments, the attachments are not available and we have to attach them manually. An option to reply all to the email with all the attachments included would be more productive in Microsoft Outlook 2016 as that option is not available as of now.

Warning Before Replying All to Many
Many folks reply all to a mass email, providing feedback like "Great Job" or "Look forward to this" to hundreds of employees instead of the responsible party. There should be a warning that asks you if you are sure to send this email to 13,000 people at once? This would be a fail safe for when people hit reply all instead of reply.

Add 'Acknowledged' and 'Thanks' buttons to emails that will tell the sender you have seen their email, without having to send another.
Add 'Acknowledged' and 'Thanks' buttons to emails that will tell the sender you have seen/appreciate their email, without having to send another, thereby reducing email traffic.

email address
Always show the full email address of a sender in the view pane. This is a major security risk that the email address of a sender is hidden and requires several clicks to view. Default should always be to show the full sender email address.

Unread Email Count - Move it back!
I hate that the new unread email count for any box is aligned to the right. I cannot find anything online on how to fix this. PLEASE change this back or at least give the user the ability to determine if they want the count number next to the folder name or aligned differently.

Rethink the direction Outlook is going
The look and feel of Outlook as well as most of the other office applications is continuing to look worse and worse. It's becoming much more childish looking and less professional looking. Many of the sections take up way too much space on the screen. The most recent change to the top of a new message looks totally ridiculous. Why either boxes around To, CC and BCC and not around Subject for example?
Users should also be able to adjust the space between items in the Folder Pane, there is way too much whitespace between items and you have to…

Compose email window: the new to/from/subject ribbon is way too big
stop stealing screen real estate for the thing I want to use it for: the contents of my email.

There's possibly now too much empty space in the email window
It'd be great to reduce the new size of the "from", "to" and "CC/BCC" columns in both the Popped Out New Email window and the inset 'reply' window. There's a lot of "dead-air" above the line where one writes the email

Auto complete using full contact list instead of just "recent contacts"
When I'm writing an email, I would like to be able to type an email from my contacts into the "to" bar and have outlook autocomplete the email without me having to go to the contacts menu.

Undo Send (10 second delay before sending) like Office 365 version
The online version of office 365 allows you to set a rule/setting that will allow you to undo a send for up to 10 seconds after hitting send. Please give that feature to the full version of Outlook.

Reduce padding in messages list to fit more messages
Reduce padding (or add option to configure) in message list to fit more messages.
The setting could be a similar like Word has to switch between Touch/Mouse mode, but would be better if it had manual control how many pixels a user wants. This could be under View Settings > Advanced View Settings > Other Settings, for example.

It would be great to be able to rename attachments when forwarding emails.
Sometimes you need to rename attachments and the only way is to sabe it to PC and then attach again.

Outlook Deleted Items option to sort by date/time deleted in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Allow a sort option in the "Deleted Items" folder to sort by the date/time the item was deleted, rather than the original send date. This would allow easy location of recently-deleted items.

Add a "Thank You" and "You're Welcome" buttons to emails - reduces email clutter
Add "Thank You" and "You're Welcome" buttons in an email, so that when a recipient clicks on the buttons, the original sender gets a brief pop-up text message saying "Thank You", rather than getting yet another email in the inbox that just says "Thank You". And if the email has multiple recipients, then the "Thank You" pop-up text is only sent back to the original sender. This will reduce the volume of useless "Thank You" emails that end up cluttering our inboxes.

Need option for disabling "Other Suggestions" for email addresses
I like to have autocomplete but hate the "Other Suggestions". I am unable to find a way to disable that. It is VERY counterproductive, especially for emails that are no longer valid and I don't get option to remove it
