Provide a feature to integrate Microsoft Outlook 2016 with fully functional PowerShell as we use it everyday and can automate the emails and make its experience more granular.

  2. Moderated Distribution Group Exceptions

Moderated Distribution groups give users a "mail tip" to let them know how thier messages delivery may be impacted. Users who are not allowed to send to the group get a tip that says they are not allowed. Users whos mail will be moderated are told that this will occur. Prior to Exchange 2016, this worked flawlessly for us.

But we have nested groups that are allowed to bypass moderation, and on Exchange 2016, this breaks the tool tips. Is this ever going to be fixed?

  3. Provide Task bar option at bottom of mail window in Outlook 2016

Task bar should show at bottom of the mail window. When the screen is rotated - the screen is not wide enough to show it well.

  5. Support cache all for large mailboxes

I would like the option of caching more data. Now that the E3 size is increased to 100GB the local ost is still supposed to be kept below 10GB (kb2759052). I would like this flat file architecture to be replaced with something that can support a large offline cache if users want it.

  6. "Trying to connect..." :-(

Outlook printing "Trying to connect..." in the status bar is soooo depressing. "Connecting..." is better.

  7. Hotkeys should work for different language in Outlook 2016

When answering an e-mail, the hotkeys displayed in the tool tip for italic, bold etc. do not work in German Outlook 2016 on German Windows 7 but trigger some other Outlook functionality, e.g. open the search dialogue.

Provide an option to Jump to "Today" in Calendar using keyboard shortcuts' because this is about making displayed hotkey work, the other about introducing a completely new hotkey.

  8. don't block shutdown if emptying the "deleted items" folder on exit is on

Please don't block Windows shutdown if the setting to empty the "deleted items" folder on exit is set.

Do select a sensible default instead. Based on how autosave is behaving in other office applications, I'd say go ahead and delete without asking. Alternatively, skip the folder cleanup on shutdown and just exit. Whatever you do, just don't stop the shutdown sequence.

This is one of the most frustrating things in Outlook for me, as this usually happens just as I want to shut down the laptop and rush to the train station (this is also the reason I usually don't…

  11. Option of organizing the sequence in the drop down menu in Microsoft Outlook 2016

Option to organize the drop down menu in Microsoft Outlook 2016. In the drop-down menu there are many options, however they are used according to individuals requirements. Such options allow us to better place the most frequently used features in the drop down menu to enhance the action and task handling.

  12. Please add tethered sync between Outlook Desktop and universal Outlook to save on mobile data plans

Please add tethered sync between Outlook Desktop and universal mobile phone Outlook to save on mobile data plans. Similar functionality used to exist with the Windows Mobile Device Center. This functionality would save on mobile data plans.

  13. Microsoft Outlook 2016 Apps with right-side banner for corporate communication

There are applications available which offer Windows Screen Saver for showing Corporate Communication messages. Controlled from centralized machine, the system would download executable file, download content, install Apps inside client workstation and modify its registry. Once the computer is idle, the Apps would initiate the Screen Saver and shows Corporate Communication contents.

As the ratio of the laptop screen is getting wider and becomes 16:9 ratio, there might be a place to put those Corporate Communication messages as banner on the right-side of the screen. Hence, outlook 2010 Apps can have this banner and Microsoft can add this feature for…

  14. Provide different GPO settings for the default account and added accounts

We already have GPOs to enable caching in Outlook but these settings are valid for all accounts added. It would make sense to have distinct settings for the default account where I would e.g. cache items for 24 month but for all other accounts maybe only 3 to 12 months for performance reasons regarding OST files.
