Cannot create new imap accounts at all (after your latest update).
Somehow it is related to smtp settings. The account creation wizard wont let me change the smtp security settings or it wont register my choises. And tries to connect to the smtp server with wrong settings. We have no password authentication or ssl settings in the smtp server we use and still the wizard tries to access it asking passwords from us. The password authentication checkbox maybe broken?8 votes
I tried to delete message... outlook goes blank and get a little box that comes up saying contacting site...then i get the box showing my email and password...have to click ok to get rid of that many times.3 votes
As far as I can tell Outlook for Windows doesn't have support for IMAP IDLE, which enables faster and more efficient delivery of emails to IMAP accounts. This effectively enables "push" of email messages for IMAP accounts instead of periodic "pull" based on a synchronisation schedule. Outlook for Mac does have support for IMAP IDLE.
I know that Office 365 / Exchange is the "bread-and-butter" of Outlook, but for those of us who use IMAP accounts, often in tandem with Exchange accounts, this would be a much appreciated improvement.12 votes

The possibility to correct the matching of IMAP folders, like in Outlook 2007 should be added.
That means it should be possible to change the settings for the folders were the Sent and Deleted items should be stored.
This is a serious problem in the German Outlook version (17 votes in microsoft comunnity): Due to wrong matching the Synchronization does not work correct. E.g. Outlook stores the sent email in a folder named "Gesendete Elemente" (sent items) and the email provider expects "sent".350 votes
