  2. Duplicate services

    When creating services, I'd like to be able to duplicate them so that I don't need to re-select all options. Sometimes the difference is time. I can have a 25- or 55-minute appointment. To create the 55-minute service, I'd like to copy it and just change the title rather than have to reenter all of the reminders, forms questions, and so on.

  3. It would be usefull if you could publish 'events' to the calender and allow customers to book onto the event.

    Instead of an open calendar, allow the publication of 'events' that customers can book on to. Event details to include, price, location, date, time, title and details. Additional event variables should also be considered, for example capacity (# attendees), duration, booking widows, cancellation windows and links to payment methods. This would be fantastic! Especially if it could link to QuickBooks!

  4. Better Customizable Booking Page

    It would be great to be able to choose the colours rather than a pre-set list of styles. Additional sections for the header so that company information and may instructions. Different layouts as well.

    Ich betreibe eine Schwimmschule und biete Einzelstunden an. Für uns wäre es wichtig, wenn wir auf der Buchungsseite ein Trainerprofil mit einem Bild zeigen könnten, damit die Eltern wissen wen sie buchen.

  6. user friendliness and convenience

    I recently started using the Bookings app, unfortunately I had to switch back to using my old calendar/appointment booking app because of user friendliness and convenience. I have a few suggestions, as I would love to use this app in the future.

    1. when an appointment has been booked, show who the appointment is booked with. Now I have to click on the appointment to see details.

    2. month overview in app

    3. phone widget

    4. slot blocker and/or to do option.

    Allow th service to be set up to adress entered from customer on booking page. Important for On-Site-Service at address entered by customer.

  10. booking an employee through url

    We need to be able to specify the employee ID or name in the url so we can push the url to book for that specific person.

    if it is possible now, please let me know how to do it

  13. Need to search names/appointment details.

    I add questions to the booking process that help me identify the customer's needs. I then have to cross-reference the appointment request in Outlook to find the date/time of their appointment to add more details. Would be nice to a) be able to search in the bookings page b) link directly from the Outlook announcement to the actual appointment details (so I don't have to page through).

  14. Force client to choose a staff member.

    New clients are failing to see that they need to choose a Staff member. As a result, the system seems to default to the first staff member listed. if there is only 1 staff member have system default to that person. If there are 2 or more staff members, force the client to choose a specific staff member. This is creating a lot of confusion.

    Be able to set number of bookings per staff member or resource per time period. i.e A staff member/resource could take 10 customers at a time.

    This could be for a minibus business, taxi, Tour of a factory or premises. so the booking for that time period would still be available until the maximum number of customer slots is filled.

    also allow the customer to stipulate the number of slots/spaces that they would like to book at the time of booking. i.e. a bus book 4 out of 10 seats available, a tour a group of 5 book for 20…

  19. Hi there, I cannot see how to make sure a booking customer includes their Company name. I need to have this information in the booking.

    We should be allowed to define whether our customers are primarily businesses or individuals. My customers are businesses with individuals as contacts. The bookings only seem to support individuls as customers. I cannot even see how to make sure they put their company name on the booking?

  20. Add an ongoing availability schedule for staff details (not just a weekly view)

    In the staff details with availability, instead of having a set schedule of one week for setting availability, it would be more helpful to have an ongoing calendar where you can change the staff person's availability for certain days and times. There are times when a regular schedule applies, but other times when it's just easier to block out certain days and times that don't flow with the regular schedule. Then you don't have to worry about people still being able to schedule because something was missed on your synced calendar because you can adjust it based on the actual…
