  3. Hi there, I cannot see how to make sure a booking customer includes their Company name. I need to have this information in the booking.

    We should be allowed to define whether our customers are primarily businesses or individuals. My customers are businesses with individuals as contacts. The bookings only seem to support individuls as customers. I cannot even see how to make sure they put their company name on the booking?

  4. Add an ongoing availability schedule for staff details (not just a weekly view)

    In the staff details with availability, instead of having a set schedule of one week for setting availability, it would be more helpful to have an ongoing calendar where you can change the staff person's availability for certain days and times. There are times when a regular schedule applies, but other times when it's just easier to block out certain days and times that don't flow with the regular schedule. Then you don't have to worry about people still being able to schedule because something was missed on your synced calendar because you can adjust it based on the actual…

  5. Can I make a staff member an administrator instead of a 'Guest"?

    When i add a new staff member they can only be added as a 'Guest', it doesn't let me make them an 'Administrator' and therefore they cant make bookings themselves.

  6. Customise the Fields are shown in the calendar - Concatenate Service and Title & Location for example

    Concatenate Fields so that you see more information at a glance rather than just the Service title being the only displayed field

  9. Force client to choose a staff member.

    New clients are failing to see that they need to choose a Staff member. As a result, the system seems to default to the first staff member listed. if there is only 1 staff member have system default to that person. If there are 2 or more staff members, force the client to choose a specific staff member. This is creating a lot of confusion.

    Cuando se reserva un servicio un día y horario particular. Se quita esa disponibilidad para todos los servicios.

    Be able to set number of bookings per staff member or resource per time period. i.e A staff member/resource could take 10 customers at a time.

    This could be for a minibus business, taxi, Tour of a factory or premises. so the booking for that time period would still be available until the maximum number of customer slots is filled.

    also allow the customer to stipulate the number of slots/spaces that they would like to book at the time of booking. i.e. a bus book 4 out of 10 seats available, a tour a group of 5 book for 20…

  12. Need to search names/appointment details.

    I add questions to the booking process that help me identify the customer's needs. I then have to cross-reference the appointment request in Outlook to find the date/time of their appointment to add more details. Would be nice to a) be able to search in the bookings page b) link directly from the Outlook announcement to the actual appointment details (so I don't have to page through).

  15. Choose specific days for appointments, not working hours.

    I am open 5 days a week, but I want to book appointments on March 18th (example) only. Now, I have to block off every day except that day to take effect.

    We need to be able to specify the employee ID or name in the url so we can push the url to book for that specific person.

  18. Link Multiple Booking Page

    Hi,

    I have 3 booking page because i have 3 different categories. These 3 booking pages i have the links posted on my website at allurespanails.com

    What i love to see and finding it shocking that the 3 booking are some how not linked. E.g. If my customer go to my Allure Spa & Nail booking page there should be a TAB for my customer to click on to get to my Allure Wax & Facial or Eyelash Care Need or any booking page i have created.

    At the moment in order for customer to get to my other services…
