  1. Allow customer to pick time on a service

    As a feature request, I’d like to be able to present my clients with a default meeting time but also a maximum meeting time. In other words, I would like it if the default could be set to 30 minutes but clients would have the ability via a dropdown menu on the booking details page to select a longer meeting time up to specified maximum if they know they’ll need more than the default (this ability to change the meeting duration on the fly would also justify the use of the word “default” in the booking form setup page).

  2. Change sending email to the "profile email"

    Change sending email to the "profile email" instead of the NETORG... address. These keep getting caught in junk folders on both ends. Makes the notifications and reminders completely useless.

  3. I require that all appointments must be approved by the business prior to confirmation.

    all the business to receive a message with the appointment request and then approve it, adjust it or decline it before it is final.

  4. Name first in outlook appointment

    Have the option to have the customer name listed first on the outlook calendar rather than the service, so that it is easier to find a certain customer on your schedule when they want to confirm times. I have many calendars up at once, and the names are cut off when teh service is listed first.

  5. Add option to autogenerate MS Teams meeting/link when appointment is created through Bookings

    Add an option so that when users book an appointment using Microsoft Bookings, they get a link to an autogenerated Teams meeting.

    Currently, when users book an appointment, I have to then set up a second event at the same time with the meeting link, which is time-consuming and potentially confusing.

  7. Require authentication before accessing a Bookings page

    It would be nice to have an option to require authentication (and limited to a group of people) in order to access a particular Bookings page.

    This allows for some services to be restricted and could prevent anonymous bookings from people attacking a site.

  8. Email button in Bookings Calendar

    When you click on a booking in the Bookings calendar page having a button to email the customer would be much easier than having to go through the whole edit customer details area to get it.

  10. The ability to edit the confirmation email that is sent to the staff

    I would like to modify the confirmation email that gets sent to the staff. Especially when it comes to additional customer input fields that are on the booking page. It'd be nice if they would appear on the email instead of navigating to find those customer added notes.

  11. Share schedule with users who do not have Bookings

    We have some team members who may need to confirm appointment times for clients - it would be helpful to share a limited version of the calendar so they can provide clients with appropriate information.

  13. Follow ups for appointments & availability.

    In Bookings I would like to see an option for follow ups after appointment. An option where you can send text or other documentation after appointment is completed. Also, an option to schedule up to a specific amount of appointments per hour or so (i.e. 10 appointments for every 1 hour like 10a, then after 10 have scheduled move to next hour. And last an option to mark as n appointment as "no show" and send an automatic request in email to reschedule or mark as "cancel & reschedule". Thank you.

  14. Potential issue when staff member cancels using their work Office 365 calendar.

    What if the staff member is ill and only cancels from his calendar? This means both the Administrator and the customer are not notified that the staff member is no longer available for the meeting. We tested this in a meeting today and no one was notified about the staff member's cancellation. It still showed up in Booking.

  15. Ability to Upload Prior Bookings

    I have used the outlook booking service for years. I want to be able to import my existing bookings into this program so I can fully switch to this and not have to utilize two systems.

  16. Ability To Change Services and Add Multiple Services To A Booking

    We want to be able to have multiple services booked under one booking and to be able to change services in the current booking after it is confirmed.

    Explanation:

    My company is a petting zoo. It is not uncommon to have multiple services offered (i.e. a petting zoo with an additional pony or other a la carte options) or to have services change (i.e. we receive a call from a customer wanting to add to the original booking or changing their mind and wanting a different type of petting zoo).

  17. I would like to receive a text when someone schedules

    allow bookings to send me a text when a new appointment is scheduled. I am not looking at me email all day and keep missing appointments

  19. Booking for multiple locations

    Give the option to book the same service in multiple locations. For companies that have offices in two locations like ours, we want clients to be able to book an appointment with one of our partners in either location, depending on which one they are located. The office 365 calendar allows for location entry, and should be coordinated with bookings calendar.

  20. Book different time for each week

    Book different timeslots for different weeks
    One week I might have night shift Monday and the next week on Wednesday. I wonder why the booking site only work on weekly repetitive timeslots instead of by dates in a calender like the front-end page. It is a hassle to use the (Free time function in the calendar to control this.)
